DIY Shimano SPD pedals service. 

my shimano dura ace 7700 SPD-R pedals have been servicing me over 20 years, still in tres parfait condition. 1st time saw a video to do pedal service

The spd-sp shimano pedals you just take the axle out wipe clean and put grease on the pedal body and refit the axle, which pushes the new grease into the axle and the old grease out of the pedal, wipe off the old grease and all done. This is more an overhaul of the pedal, very thorough!
