DJI FPV System | Activation 

Why activation? Why not work out of the box? After paying for a product, i want to have a fully functional product in my hands.

If using Android phone you should attach the otg usb adapter NOT to your phone (how a otg is supposed to be used) instead the otg adapter has to be put into the googles. Then it will recognize the goggles and activate the drone

Activation doesn't work. Goggles not detected when plugged in and powered on.

WTF. Having to activate these goggles is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth do they need to be activated to be used as analog goggles? So broadband, windows or apple or nothing. That's crazy!

No way to activate the DJI FPV Goggles V1 - what have you done? I have no DJI FPV drone, no DJI FLY APP. Just bought Version 1 of the DJI FPV Goggles and there is no way to activate them...

Google and drones works and remote controlled too. But without activation they are not cooperate. Need to connect them to pc and install this application and make all updates and after that I could do activation that let me fly

When I use the stack, frame, motors and dji digital system from you website, do I have to install anything else to get the stack working (betaflight for example) or is it plug and play then?

I don't want to do any of this, I just want them to work right out of the box when I plug in the power. All I have is a plastic piece of junk that incessantly beeps at me with a DJI logo. I can't even play mp4 files off the SD card. Hello.

Can we have a VISTA support with V2 goggles and Controller 2? As original FPV system is RIDICILOUS to not be able to use vista with the original set of devises. If I update the firmware to FPV remote 2 I loose the goggles V2. RIDICILOUS!

Dji needs to fix the malware issue with dji Fpv assistant. I’ve had an air unit for a year still brand new that can’t be verified.

Cant see from the video, what kind of cables connect to which connectors. In the video, it happens so fast and the view of cables is partially blocked. I need to activate my gear and am trying to figure out how. The only connection really that I could see was the battery to goggle.

Why no PC activation? Why does it require a cell phone? I took mine back to Best Buy. No one there or at DJI customer service seemed to understand the problem. Too fishy for me!

Ordered the Dji FPv and returned it. Horrible setup process and so many cables and cords. Took me 1hr to figure out how to turn on the battery and goggles because it doesn't show you how.

Bind google v2 to air unit

i cannot activate my second dji air unit lite, it just like it recognised my second air unit lite as a first one. So no activation tab occur when i click dji air unit lite (2nd) , and it read it is on the new firmware, although i never updated my 2nd air unit, help.

For anyone else that has the same problem, it will not give you the verification code until the goggles are powered on, then plugged into computer(and selected in the assistant). This seems obvious now but I saw no mention of it anywhere.

Ok so I go to activate my new dji fpv goggles and it asks for a verification code which to my knowledge I don't have, I don't recall getting this when I signed up either. I see lots of people complaining about it, but I don't see ANYWHERE HOW TO GET IT!!! What is the purpose of this verification code?!? To deter people from making future purchases??? This seems pretty ridiculous. I'm so frustrated right now.

On principle this is the main reason why I haven't bought a DJI FPV system. There is no technical reason why we should have to do this, other then to be forced to connect to the DJI 'cloud' and give them personal information.

What can these goggles do without activation. I don't have internet access, I have to use a public kiosk. I really don't want to activate anything - what if I have to sell my goggles later. Or fly someone else's quad that is activated under their account not mine.

The part I dislike the most is you have not ever made your app to work on Linux or at least I cant find it . Many of us are full on open source . I was excited to get the gear now im bummed . I have downloaded the DJI assistant and it's asking for a verification code. Where do I find that?

So in other words. When I connect the units and register them, DJI will reduce the power to 25mw/700 meters if I am in an EU / CE country. Very crucial information, if that is the case you may play with these things in the US, in Europe they are useless and we have to wait for some competing system ..... for two/three years.

It is disgusting how such an expensive system has so many issues on the software. Bought a set, the drone had technical erros and flew itself into a brickwall, got a new device and now I`m trying from already three hours to update and activate everything without success! Even trying it on a windows machine, a mac, a android device and an iphone dind`t help.This is really sad. will sell this shit asap
