Your channel is highly underrated. Every video I've watched of yours; you don't mislead, you don't "gossip", and you're sharing based on your experiences. VALUEABLE. You got my support!
Hey KeLe Design! Thank you so much for your amazing feedback. It meant everything to me getting comments from you guys saying my content actually helped you out. I’ll make sure to keep posting new videos! New video coming soon :)
HI Edward, You make it look so easy ! I can see why it takes 2 years to learn .Think it might take me a lot longer so I can see me watching your video many times over. until it sinks in , I did get final cut Pro but in didn`t work on windows 10. Being retired I have lots of time to learn before the travel around Australia. Many thanks of you Video . Cheers Cliff
The only way to truly learn is to do it, unfortunately lol. I’m jealous! I want to go to Australia so badly. Final Cut Pro is made specifically for Apple computers so I suggest you use something else for your windows. I use Premiere Pro but there are other softwares out there which I recommend you research! Happy travels!
Thank you for watching till the end of the video!! I am guilty, I have not kept my word but I will eventually do it! Once the Mavic 3 comes out I’ll be making way more content !
Dude, thank you so much for taking all that time to put together such a detailed and thorough tutorial. Hats off mate! I would love to see a date tonight Hyperlapse tutorial.
@@edwardfigura yes sir! Just did it yesterday with all your advice! Again, would love to see a Day/Night tutorial since I haven’t found a good one. Great work!
Amazing information Edward, you are saving a lot of time and failed attempts for many. If you ever want to come for a road trip in India, be my guest we can travel around and do it together.
@@edwardfigura Pretty much the whole thing. Very easy to understand and very well articulated to the audience. You didn't assume that I knew certain things and everything was explained for a new user.
Great tutorial Edward, just what I was looking for - subscribed ! will head out with my Mavic 2 Pro in the next few days. I use Davinci Resolve so need to find out how the import process & rendering works for this.
@@edwardfigura so when I go to my hyperlapse, then to settings and camera I only have an option to choose between .mp4 or .mov no option to save as a jpg or raw files... I have the Mavic Air 2
@@edwardfigura thanks, I finally discovered it.. it wasn't under settings like usual but appeared as an option when I clicked on the bottom right camera options...keep up the great vids!
As good as the Mavic 2 Pro is, it still has hardware issues, especially the batteries. Mavic 2 batteries tend to easily over heat if you plug them in to charge right after a flight. In this instance, this battery has been used so many times that it has lost the ability to calculate the estimated energy remaining, so it stopped displaying the time! I didn’t block it myself in post if that’s what you were wondering :) The Mavic 3 doesn’t have this issue because the batteries are much more durable and reliable.
All good Edi, but how to explain why can not play exported file ? Comp up to date, super graphic card, ram 16 etc...still error code 3001033 or comething like that.
I think there is some codec missing ? Actualy file is rendered properly, as i was manage upload to youtube and there is working fine. Just i can not play on my device. Playback in troubleshoot does not show any issues, windows up to date, can play 4k file etc. My preset in premiere is gopro, quicktime, max render quality
You use QuickTime for your PC? I thought Windows users used something else to play-back videos on their computers. I’m not sure what the native software it’s called. Try opening the videos with a different software, does that play the video?
Hey there mate. Hope you see this as it's an old video but, one problem I am having is that on the SD card after doing a hyperlapse, I have DCIM, then when I open that the only folders I have to choose from is 100MEDIA and Panorama. !00Media contains the rendered file of the Hyperlapse, the 1080p version, so no problem there and Panorama contains a few pano shots I did but I have no Hyperlapse folder. Any ideas? Cheers mate
It's a nonstarter on my M2P. As soon as I go into Hyperlapse mode and select either Waypoint or Circle, I get an error message of "Camera Storage Full". The 128 GB Micro SD is freshly formatted (and I've used it with no problems previously for normal video), internal storage is empty, and cache is cleared, but I get the error every time and can't go any farther.
This is definitely not something I can say I’ve experienced before. Does that message ever appear when trying to record regular video/photos? Is the SD cards correctly inserted? Is the SD card old or damaged? Does it give you the same error message if you try a different type of hyperlase aside from waypoints or circle? Do you have a different micro SD card you can use to see if it’s the card’s problem or the drone’s?
@@edwardfigura Thank you for the fast response. The SD card works perfectly for normal video. I can easily record 20 minutes of normal video on an extended flight. I don't get the error message when doing a Free hyperlapse, only for waypoints or circle hyperlapses.
Thanks for the question Shane. I am currently experimenting various industries. I never stop creating. RU-vid is a passion of mine and my goal was to help as many people as possible. I only like to make videos when I think they’re rich and informative. I am planning on purchasing the Mavic 3 Pro if it comes out. And I will be for sure making a video on that!
I don't know why you're even mentioning motion blur. In a hyperlapse you're taking stills from a long distance away. There is no motion blur. I can see using an ND filter for purposes of selecting a particular aperture but it has nothing to do with motion blur.
@@edwardfigura you're not taking long exposure pictures in a hyperlapse unless of course you're doing it at night. Furthermore ND filters are not needed for almost all drone video. If you're flying 150 feet above an object there is no natural motion blur yet numerous youtubers insist that's why they use ND filters.
When shooting hyperlapse, use ND filters and set your shutter to 1/4 . This creates a smoother look and adds motion blur without overexposing your image. I hope this answers your question
