DLSS 3.7 - Comparison in 5 Games - 1440p - RTX 3070 

Super Resolution 3.7 can be downloaded using this link - github.com/NVIDIAGameWorks/Streamline/raw/main/bin/x64/nvngx_dlss.dll?download= With version 3.7 a new preset has been added, Preset E and same is also now the default preset, which is a very good news because Preset E as you may have seen above in comparisons removes ghosting like Preset C. As per Nvidia, Preset E is updated version of D, for fast paced content preset C is recommended, for image stability preset E is recommended. This means that you don't need to use mod to change preset, however do note that some games may still use preset D on default, this is because devs of these games have implemented preset D for their game. Case in point Cyberpunk 2077 and Like a Dragon Ishin. Best thing to do would be to use version 3.7 from now on and change preset only if you experience any ghosting, Preset E still shows some ghosting but same is very minimal and also less occurring, so it will depend on a game by game basis, however mostly you should be fine by just using latest version and not doing anything else. Preset E has slightly better anti-aliasing than C and D, but in some lighting conditions still exhibits that ghosting issue with Preset D when auto-exposure is off. Preset C is still the most stable I would say.

Awesome video and comparison. I've been stuck on 2.5.1 and Framegen file 1.0.7.0 for a long time. It's nice to see a newer file being suggested. You make great vids Guru. I truly hope your channel becomes a huge success. I taking a self imposed break for awhile. 2 idiots got on my nerves and I gave them doses of their own medicine. Hey man thanks for your work! Question: changing the Frame Gen Dll is also important? I have tried this new 3.7 on Hogwarts Legacy and it look great... But if i activate Frame Gen it causes a lot of ghosting on the HUD... Before there was no ghosting. I only swapped the normal dlss and i have not touched the frame gen one. Could this be the issue?

What software are you using to show activily if you're limited by gpu/Cpu. I'm familiar with Presentmon showing gpu busy, but not this

I have this wierd lighting flickering thing that mostly affects foliage especially in night lighting and only when the camera is moving. When not moving, there's no flickering at all. Happens with all upscalers and only goes away when i turn upscaling off completely, but then my FPS tanks. Does this sound like something a preset would fix?

rtx 3070 only uses dlss 2.x, in fact both dlss 2 and 3 have the same framerate.

looks like 3.7 is just fix for 3.6, because 3.6 looks worse than 2.5 in most tests
