According to Johns phone log he walked 25.46 m at the time of 12:31:56, 15 min after Karen has already left Fairview. 25.46m is roughly 30 yards and that would be the distance from the Alberts basement to the flagpole where according to john’s phone log he has stopped moving. This tells me that john was killed in the Alberts house during 99 steps at 12:11:09 am and then for 19 min the alberts, higgins and macabes were discussing what to do with his body and then dragged his body with his phone unaware he had his phone to the flag pole at 12:31:56 !! Were until 6.04 am johns phone starts moving again it is when jen,karen and kerry found him

Oh this is nothing and if Karen didn’t have such public support from all over she would be convicted already. I fear how many other people they’ve done this to. I’m also glad to see people finally get to see what many of us in this part of ma deal with. I’ve complained about police corruption and questionable “procedure” and I know many others have throughout the years but went ignored or were cast aside as crazy or my favorite excuse is “of course you’re going to say officer so and so is lying”. They frame people for stuff as small as a fender bender.

Yup, they were dating, he'd been in the car, at her house, etc., that hair could have been transferred from anywhere, opening a door or boot of the vehicle, from clothes or a bag brushing the car, a glove. Very circumstantial and doesn't provide any evidence of a crime. I saw Procter being grilled on the stand and it wasn't a pretty sight. I wouldn't trust him or his team as far as I could throw them.

That might be the best takeaway from this case. Absolutely have a dashcam on your car so it will be harder for police to frame you for murder.

In my town in California all of the police officers have a body cam. I ask for directions, I have an accent and the officer connects the body cam and ask me for identification. What by the way it’s illegal to do that.

There was ONE dash cam showed and it showed Karen running around hysterical. She was the only one to first try and help John Okeefe. I heard the neighbors had ring cameras but they never asked to see the footage. I think they hid any evidence they had. And your right where's the body cams????🤔 sketchy

That’s just not true. Absolutely is a huge part of my vocabulary. That is because I grew up in general with bigger words. I’ve been told I say big words all the time . Bigger than they need to be. With regard to the evidence, what speaks loud and clear is the fact that John okeefe was never struck by a vehicle and Mrs confirmed by the FBI investigation. The defense delayed the medical examiner because her initial findings were not consistent with vehicular homicide and so the police did not like that and they had to call back to try to get her to change her rendering. So they are delaying the medical examiner because it does not support their case. In fact nothing supports their case. Their case entirely rests on a known liar, Jen McCabe who claims that Karen said I hit him. The same Jen McKay but that googled how long to die in a cold at 2:27 a.m. confirmed by the FBI. Are you contesting the FBI and the medical examiner?

There was barely any snow on the lawn. Besides, if John was outside for nearly 6 hours he would have been frozen when he was found.

One big piece of evidence for me is "how long to die in cold". And the way that witness tried to cover it up using duplicate searches at a later time, hoping to overwrite the original history item. It's actually very similar to the plot of Minority Report where they insert fake memories.

That’s why Karen knew something wasn’t right especially since John had never been to this house before or really knew any of the people in the home at the time, pretty much just the McCabes. Those 53 calls also occurred over hours, she also called numerous people after Jen to see if anyone else was with him, even his family. She also didn’t know where she dropped him off, Jen and Matt McCabe gave directions and she couldn’t remember what those directions were, she literally had to rely on Jen and Kerry to take her there and they decided to go back to John’s to look for him when Karen had already told them he wasn’t there. All in testimony.

Judge made it clear in a pre trial hearing that objections should have no grounds and no speaking objections. Contrary to all these clueless claims, this protects the integrity of the trial and shields the jury from hearing why something is or is not coming in.

I live in central Ontario Canada where it's normal to have several feet of snow every winter pretty much all season long and I can assure you that even ice on cars will melt off on the coldest days as long as there's a bit of sun. I don't have a ring camera. Lotsa people don't. I live in a neighborhood where nothing happens, and I don't like to waste my money. I've heard that some of her voice mails would indicate that they were having a fight. It's already been established she was very drunk. I think it's entirely possible she didn't realize she hit him. in the first part of the trial, yes. And frankly, the defense hasn't really backed up that statement. Have definitely shown misconduct, sloppy investigation, but no evidence of anyone actually framing her. It does appear that the state is finally moving to presenting their theory on what actually happened tho.

My understanding is that his clothing with bite marks, are actually here in CA @ UCDavis for testing for animal saliva. I highly doubt John OKeefe would go out for drinks in a tattered sweatshirt. Either that dog attacked him when they were beating him up OR Mr Albert let the dog out to further harm him in the yard while he was lying there dying.
