This is Portuguese to the Bone !
I loved this dish so much as it takes me back to my child hood and watching my mother make it, I am so glad I can repeat these dishes so that my children can also make them !

- Bacalhau salted COD for 2 people 200g
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- white Onion
- Parsley
- White `Potato
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 3/4 Boiled Eggs

Hi. Would love AUTHENTIC recipes for: 1) SARDINHAS ASSADAS 2) BOLO DE AMENDOA 3) BOLO DE BERLIN 4) CARNE DE PORCO À ALENTEJANA 5) any typical side salads 6) SANGRIA 7) BOLINHOS DE BACALHAU 8) RISSOIS I've been trying to make those dishes in the USA ( including Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá in the oven, and Frango Piri Piri, grelhada), some quite successfully, but prefer the authentic recipes. And what are the most common pizza toppings in Portugal? In Brazil Portuguesa pizzas are one of the types commonly offered, with toppings that are loved by the Portuguese - though they're very strange and funny to Americans : hard-boiled eggs and olives, with ham/ Calabrese sausage. (And the Brazilians like green peas and corn on their pizza. 😀)

Brought some bacalhau home from vacation, and made this for dinner tonight. Delicious. You’re absolutely right, the eggs and fish together form something greater than the parts. A little lemon + drizzle of aromatic olive oil and it makes the perfect bite. I hope you make more videos. I miss Portugal so much.
