I borrowed a macro lens and tried a few cool shots while experimenting with making popcorn. Would you guys like to see more macro scenes?

So, if you use oil you get bigger individual popcorns, but at the cost of more calories? Think I'll stick to making them without, thanks.

I find half the kernels unenjoyable hard, barely chewable, when popped without oil. Not the case for you?

@@UnitedCuisines no. Maybe it's a heat thing. I do mine on a medium heat.

Wow, thats actually really interresting. It makes you look at how you can get the most volume of popcorn while using the least amount of oil, so you can save calories while getting a large volume of popcorn. Someone should research this

@@UnitedCuisines Water is involved with the oil test as you can see steam. It's the water from inside the corn kernels.
