Started this workout a week ago and have already lost 7.4 lbs as well as gained improvements in my body. I pushed to do all 25 minutes daily with a few 30-second breaks in between. Thank you for this workout. I can't wait to see my results after the full 30 days.

I just turned 61 and desperately need this. I met someone who lost 100 pounds doing your routines with a BROKEN LEG from a car accident. She told me if I can do it SO CAN YOU. Well here I am trying to keep up. Not the best day but I did okay. I’ll be back it this afternoon until I finish the whole session. Thank you for your willingness to help 💪🏽
Day 1 (January 1, 2024) and a little over half way in I nearly stopped, but I told myself to keep going and that I can do this and I did. Completed the entire video (with the exception of the floor plank shoulder touches, I did that on the wall, I ain’t at that level yet 🤦🏾♀️). I know the more I do the video the more effort I will give. This video will be part of a collective that I will do every week. Thank you for posting these simple and mostly achievable exercises. 🙌🏾
I’m glad this popped up my feed to try today. It was a great workout. This just helped me remind myself that all I have to do is move and I will feel better. I’m getting over having Covid last month and I’m up to 20 mins workouts when I couldn’t even walk to the car. And I was running 5ks before that., Thanks for helping me take it one day at a time.

I absolutely love this workout! Iv'e been doing this every other day for almost two weeks and lost 5 pounds. Somethings are a bit challenging but as long as you push through you got it!
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia in 2010 that resulted in a weight gain of over 100lbs. Last year, I began intensive chair workouts with Donavon Green. His chair workouts helped build endurance and strength. Now, I discovered you a month ago and can complete your exercises. My next challenge, healthier eating habits. Wow this is so good... I was 158.5lbs 6 days ago now I'm at 156.5 lbs I'm so excited P.S I eat all the foods I have been eating. I am just consistent with this exercise. I can't wait to finish this challenge in 21 days.
Yes ! Same here! I have so much trouble being consistent and or trying to avoid sweets 😋 but if you still eat what you want and do this workout everyday n still losing weight I'm all for it! Have done it a few times the last few weeks to have a variation from Bodyfx challenge, but 3 days ago decided to be more consistent. Will share below journalling of 14 days! 🙂Day 1 was great, I had taken thé decision really to enjoy it, be grateful for the moment rather than just do it to "loose weight and look up to the end of it". I trust the process, I take time to do journalling and take care of my prayer life. I only have around 6 kgs to loose but my hectic working mumu schedule got me to surfer mood swings, stress, eat fast, low energy. This is a boost if you decide for a healthy way of life, not just a challenge. 🙂Day 3 got home at 8pm after work, I need Switched to the other video on "Do this every night if u want to loose weight", the 35 mn one. Sweat is glow! Slept like a baby after that. Great intensity. I would recommend u to add a 3mn warmup and 3 mn cooldown on urs videos. But we can do it ourselves to prepare our muscles and avoid strain or injuries. Thanks for the music too! 🙂I did it quite late, since I got home at 9pm but did not want an excuse to skip my challenge. Went for the 16mn video "do this every morning", since ut is shorter. Felt much better although I did a variation and changed some of the movements, which I found could be a bit hamrful to my back, but that's just me of course, I had à back pain a few months ago so I try to be cautious on the way I do some movements. It s a great video but I am going back to the other ones you have postes which are great! Keep it up 🙂Day 4: looked forward to the sweat! Added 2 videos on standing abs 🙂Day 5: rest, body was tired. 🙂Day 6: went for this video+ standing abs 🙂Day 7: ran all Day and did not take time for exercising. It s ok. 😀Day 13 ya'll: still doing it 5 times a week but using other videos also to break the routine. My thighs are thinnern i feel stronger, eat more healthy and try.to get those 7 hours sleep. My skin is glowing.
This is a great workout. I just completed day 3 and I’m finally able to last through the entire workout without taking a break. I can’t wait to see the results I’ve been reading about in the comments. If you’re thinking about doing this workout, do it! It gets easier so don’t give up!
This is the best video, I dont know why but it keeps me motivated until the end and with such a sens of satisfaction when I make it through. The idea is, to make it through the 30 days: ■ Don't aim to go as fast as her, the aim is to focus on doing the movement and the breathing right ■ If you struggle, walk, but don't stop until the end. ❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉 you will feel so much better!

Been doing this for 4 weeks and I must say I started at 163 I’m now 153 and I lost 4 inches off my waist I was a 37 I’m now a 33 I started watching what I eat I do intermittent fasting for 16:8 and within those 8hours I get no more that 1200 calories and keto friendly foods so I’m fueling the correct way and I do this workout at night 3x a week then green tea with ginger and I get a good 8 hour rest I keep u guys posted in 4 more weeks I just want to say thanks to jerrika I need something for my age group I’m in my thirties so losing weight is different than my twenties this is perfect slow but steady plus we have like 15 more weeks till summer Oh yea my ideal weight is 135 with a 28 waist

Im mixing up my workout routine with the gym, nature trails, swimming and at-home workouts. im used to being so unmotivated doing at-home work outs, but this kept me moving and engaged all the way thru. My mind was present and it pushed me. Thank you. Keep it up! Im restarting my fitness journey and Im fighting with everything in me to be consistent. Started this today just to see if I could make it through the full 25 minutes. I did all of the workouts except the plank on but I kept my arms and legs moving during that part. Even started dancing a little. Seeing the little sweat on my shirt and face after completion was motivation. I’m gonna try to do this every morning and work my way up to the other videos. Thank you for this!

Thank you for your time and effort put into this workout for us. I was looking for workout videos for 50 plus women and yours stood. I use to body build and tore my mcl pulling a monster truck. I got first place but needless to say that the injury has followed me til this day. Your workout was a little challenging for my knee but I completed it and I feel accomplished…day 1 and counting! 11-01-‘23
As a morbidly obese person, this workout was very doable and I didn't even need to take breaks. I wasn't quite able to do the one that looked like jumping jacks and the one that was on the ground, so I did a simplified version instead. This is going in my workout/exercise rotation. If anyone is wondering, I do them in the evening (after cleaning the house, which definitely gets my body moving, and before my evening walk with my dog.) I really like how you format your videos Jerricka.
