I loved this work out so much I'm a 16 year old that weights 261 and I want to change before my prom in 2025, 2 more years to go until my last year, I hope I can stay connected with this workout and try to keep going without stopping, but I loved it thank you!!!😍😘

Been doing this for 3wks along with a calorie deficit diet and drinking lots of water and i have lost 15 lbs. I went from 180 to 165 and my stomach is so much flatter! My goal is 135. Thank you! I tried Pilates for a wk and lost 1 lb and it was so hard to do for me because I have RA. Thanks so much!❤

I did 24 mins this morning! I will continue to do this every day for 3 months. With the help of the Holy Spirit who gives me strength to be disciplined. Currently weighing 153 I will update in May 2024. 👍 (working towards my belly fat/mommy stomach)

You got this , I’m the the biggest I’ve ever been weighing in at 185 and I’m diabetic and it’s hard for me to lose my belly. I look pregnant and I’m embarrassed. I hate wearing clothes because they look awful on me but like you said this is our year.

I've started my weights loss journey 2 to 3 weeks ago and I've been working out to this video for the past week, and this is the best at home workout I have ever done, and I love it. I've also been wearing my sauna top so that I can sweat even more and it's working so great. Thank you so much for this video because it's helping me tremendously. My starting weight is 200 lbs. Height 5''7. I've also gone on a healthy diet, and I can see by looking into the mirror that I've lost some inches, also by how my clothes fit me now. Again, thank you so much for this video.

3 June: Did this workout for the first time today. This is basically a full body workout, to be honest I stoped half way for about 2 mins to get a drink but I continued stepping while in the kitchen thereafter I continued until the end. I’ll keep recording my progress here.

i've been doing this workout everyday for a month now. The first week almost took me out like I couldn't even finish it but with recently starting my weight loss journey, I started pushing through. It hasn't gotten any easier but I've noticed a lot of difference in my legs and mid-section.

​@miriam_nunez In the past I realized that focusing mainly on weight loss while being on a fitness journey just destroys your mental health because (trainers/coaches/mentors) most of them don't share with us that most times fat turns into muscles which leads to an increased weight. However, you'll lose inches which you'll see in your clothes fit and appearance. Hence, put your focus on feeling healthier, and stronger and losing inches all over your body. Wishing you all the best in your journey.

Just started today !! Going to keep updating for 30 days. Goal is 1-2x a day 🏃‍♀️ Day 1: Went into this workout and assumed it was going to be easy . At 6:30 I started to get tired , 11:00 once again was feeling it hahah 13:25 is when I started sweating . I had to pause it to pack my lunch at 17:37 but finished it right after . I think what made this fun was listening to 90s dance party music .

I just found this beautiful woman a few dats ago and I'm in love!! For all my plus size women if you think you can't do it, you can!! This is coming from a woman who used to be 228 pounds who is now 206 pounds and currently still losing more weight. This lady has very plus size friendly exercises as well as super advanced and i love them! I will continue to be losing weight with her! Hopefully i remember to update

This video is exactly what I needed! I’m 43 with knee issues. This low-impact workout had me sweating and my heart rate up. This is a great start to my day. Also, love the music selection. Thank you for this!! Ive gained 35+ lbs bc I haven’t been able to work out in three years. Had heart complications from that c 19 thing. Now have a form of inflammatory arthritis, fibromyalgia, low systolic functioning and two regurgitating heart valves. I’m trying to lose that weight and fight for my health . I was able to make it a little bit more than half way through this workout 🎉 Clear and uncomplicated workout. Saving and sharing it!

This workout works I been doing this same workout on my TV screen watching her for 5 days when I get home from work and let me tell you the sweating I get within 10 minutes of me into the workout I've definitely noticed a tone in my clothing. I look and feel smaller. It's amazing what you can do without the gym. I recommend watching her instead with a good, healthy eating lifestyle and you will reach your goals 🙌💯 stay motivated y'all. It's an easy workout for beginners. Nothing too crazy but just right !

Bc I'm 170lbs with one kid but it's so hard for me to lose weight bc I barely eat and when I do it seems to put for weight than it should on me. Like my bodies trynna take all the fat it can get😂

I'm 57 and need to shed a lot of weight and get rid of my stomach and work on my knees. Im doing this workout in the afternoon or evening. This is going to help with this menopause. Thank you for loving on us. ❤. We love you right back. I made it through the entire workout. Look at God. 🙌🙏❤️

Gurlllll listen I did this workout just a few minutes ago and honey I struggled but I got through it. I think im going to do this one for about a week and then move on to the next video. You made it look so easy. I hit that button honey. I'm so motivated. Thank you because every time you looked at the camera and smiled I felt like you were telling me "You got this lol.

First workout of 2024. Only got through 15 mins before I was huffing and puffing lol. But I plan to get through the whole video by the end of next month. I was athletic all throughout high school and like the first year of college but after staying stationary for about 4 years now the weight has caught up to me.
