Very good workout! 💪 I'm 15 years old and ,in fact, I don't think,I'm fat(163; 47,9-48,3), so I don't practice regularly, but when I see , that I need to loose 1-2 kilos, I do this workout and it helps me to do it in 2 days! Thank you very much!❤

I am heavy overweight and Do this Workout for 4 days now. Of course i don't see anything right now but i feel it in my legs and on other muscle parts. I do it as best as i can. It really makes you sweat 😂

I’ve done this workout for 3 days now and I’m already seeing my tummy even and flatten out :D I was skeptical at first because of all the TikTok hype, but after watching a few result videos and trying it myself, I can definitely say it works up quite a sweat. I burned 202 cals doing these simple moves. I enjoy it c: I have 4 more days of this challenge, so we’ll see what happens this Friday! (9/26/22)

Seems like a lot of work for only 344 calories. I bought a Tony Little Gazelle for $50 on Kijiji and can work and stretch my whole body and burn 500 calories in 20 minutes while watching tv.
