Do You Have Traditions? 

I totally understand the feelings of celebrating holidays at first. The first couple of years we celebrated it was just me and my girls and it felt so weird but I have been with my new partner for 2 years now and he was never a witness so it’s nice celebrating with him. Also I’m like Kayleigh now where I love Christmas so much 😂 One of our traditions is the girls get a Xmas box but it’s for the whole of December and we all get matching pyjamas (partner included) and we all watch the first Harry Potter. This is on 1st of December I am pregnant so going to actually have a baby that has never been brought up in the cult and I’m so excited to experience that for the first time 😊

The Holidays can be celebrated without having a religious connection. A child doesn't have to dress as a witch or a devil for Halloween - when I was a kid I dressed as Spiderman, a railway locomotive driver, a farmer, or a vagabond. If your son has a model railway set, you could try the American tradition of running the track around the Christmas tree. If you celebrate "Boxing Day", you could extend the celebration another day!

Yes ! you two always bring a smile to my face , , it is so good to see you progressing with recovery , , i'm celebrating my 60th yr of playing the guitar, so as i'm retired from the factory shop, i can dedicate a lot of time for practice and playing , , also it's probably not a good idea to ask an Appalachian how certain words are pronounced , , when i was in 1st grade , i thought some of my classmates were speaking a different language : ) Thanks for sharing with us again ✨

We just started celebrating Christmas. It’s so much fun!

My time was always filled with charity work while my husband was at the meetings without me in the beginning. I collected the Christian Aid envelopes from a local church and delivered them to houses, with my son in the pushchair, then collected the money afterwards and brought it back to the collection point. I was afraid to attend the church as my husband would say I could be offending "Jehovah". However, when my husband passed away and it was all over the newspapers saying: "Another Jehovah's Witness suicide", that church came straight to my home with a huge hamper from the churchgoers that did not really know me. I never forget it. No hesitation and no judgement. My full testimony is on my channel.

As an American, Halloween's my fave part of Fall! Next to Thanksgiving!
