I competed in the ACC for 5 1/2 years as a decathlete / heptathlete and was fortunate to win an ACC championship for North Carolina State my last year of college. I learned a lot through those years and feel very passionately about helping others progress toward their goals and dreams. Getting to Division 1 is a lot easier than staying there, but let's not put the cart before the horse. First let's get you there. The above workout will help you accomplish several things: you'll become more explosive, athletic, less prone to injury, flexible, and it'll teach you overall expectations when it comes to the length and intensity of weight lifting at the next level. I kid you not, you will probably be doing this kind of workout at 5 AM (or 6 AM) Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday during pre-season for your sport and then running to class by 8:45 AM, so you might as well get use to it! If you have any questions please feel free to comment down below.
Disclaimer: This workout is not sport specific, it is focused on general strength improvement. Also, it is just 1 of 4 workouts that I currently do per week. Lastly, I am just a human, so even I am constantly working on my technique in the weight-room, so apologies for any blemishes or imperfections.
Where do you want to go D1? What sport do you want to play? Who do you idolize?
Are you stronger than me? Cool. That just means you need to up the weight! Let's go!!!

Incredible work ethic and drive. You're forgetting to struggle on those higher lifts though. Snatching 190lb and then saying it should have been easier ?????? Insane bro

My friend I am not entirely sure what you would like for me to say. The videos that I have made take you through my surgery and I provided an update one year after. At this point I am almost three years post surgery and I am fully healthy. Fully recovered. And I feel amazing. My weight room numbers have all surpassed my strength in college so I can confidently say the surgery was a success. I do not suffer from nerve pain, clawing of the hand, or any form of discomfort. I hope this helps!!! 😄💪🏾🙏🏾

@@shadowonlineofficial I never had any severe shoulder pain to be honest… even before my surgery. Gripping items was becoming hard at times. I would recommend you talk to your doctor and physical therapist. They can run tests on you so that you can get a diagnosis. You may require surgery or several months of physical rehabilitation or both.
