@@greenstarrysky9881 The Doctor mentioned that the people at the frost fair were doing a lot of day drinking. If I remember correctly, The Doctor was there with River *and* Stevie Wonder. I'd like to imagine that they, too, were doing a lot of day drinking (that would explain why 11 and River didn't notice/ignored the lights under the ice). So if you're imagining 11 and River bumping into 12 and Bill, maybe picture them drunk and partying with a clueless Stevie Wonder.
