If you have already requested a verification letter in the past, email them asking for a reprint. It is much cheaper! R100 for a reprint and first-time applicants pay R400 ( this is the cost at the time of me doing mine).
Once you mail SAQA, they will email you all of their info, banking details, and costs and ask if you will self-collect or use third-party collection like Postnet. They will also provide you with the contact details for Postenet.

PCC Application:
You will be required to go to your closest SAPS to complete an application form (as we require the original application), take fingerprints, and make payment of R160 for the PCC while you are there.
Thereafter, you will need to either courier or deliver your application, fingerprints and POP to our store, for "Itumeleng (legalisations)" attention (which you can send from your closest Postnet for R99 - Please send the waybill number for the courier once sent). I will make a record of your application once received and arrange with our driver to deliver your documents to CRC, which we charge R200 for. The PCC process takes 6-8 weeks, and once finalized, we collect from the Criminal Records Centre for an additional R300. We will only request the payment of the R300 once we have confirmed receipt of the PCC in hand.
Should you require a PCC urgently, we charge R2500 per application to expedite a PCC within 7-15 working days. We will provide the account details when we confirm receipt of the application form, fingerprints, and POP of R160, along with a copy of your ID. Then, once the POP has been received, the documents will be handed over to our agent to begin the expedite service.
Please read information below carefully!
DIRCO Service:
We charge R400 per DIRCO submission.
The R400 includes the submission AND collection of documents at DIRCO.
Kindly complete the attached cover letter with the country you are legalizing for, with your name and signature at the bottom of the page. This document is an indication to DIRCO whether to Authenticate or Apostille your document.
We submit to DIRCO every Tuesday and Thursday. Documents will only be submitted if we receive all requirements (cover letter & POP) by 4pm on the day before we submit to DIRCO (Mondays & Wednesdays).
We provide confirmation of the submission to DIRCO, as well as the waybill number your document/s are submitted under, in order for you to follow up with DIRCO. Unfortunately, we do not follow up with DIRCO, as this has extended the processing timeframe when we have followed up in the past.
DIRCO are currently taking 30-45 working days to process documents, and the process cannot be expedited. We do not have any involvement in their processing, and we DO NOT receive any updates on the progress of the legalisation process at DIRCO. We only receive references when they have documents completed, for us to request an appointment to collect the documents under the references provided.
We assure you, we will confirm once we have collected your documents from DIRCO, and have them at our store.
We would like to request your patience at this time as DIRCO's process is completely out of our control. We are just here to ensure that your documents are submitted and collected at DIRCO safely and correctly.
No withdrawing of parcels once submitted as per DIRCO.
