Most people will hear from their ex. The ex will reach out when he or she is ready, and not when you are ready (even if you are no longer needy). "Your ex may miss you scenario" is mentioned when the dumper becomes insecure, and fails to proceed with the break-up.

@firstclass It means your ex will contact you when he/she no longer feels threatened, stops feeling relieved and exuberantly happy, becomes nostalgic, life doesn't go as planned, needs your emotional support, validation, etc.

Dumpers contact their exes when dumpees remain strong and independent. So when her life doesn't go as planned, she will look for someone to lean on and confide in. That person is normally someone she had previously been romantically involved in. Her talking to her friends won't soothe her anxiety, because she wants to feel understood and appreciated from the romantic perspective.

You won't ever be forgotten. Memories will always remain, only somewhere far away. Don't fear being forgotten. Think of how you contributed to her life, and believe you made it a lot better.

I tried my best to be good to her. I just got tired of her behavior and I know I said and did a lot of stuff that I shouldn't have and I did address that I take responsibility for my part. I quit trying like I used to and I was always stressed and we fought. Even then I still did what I could to help her. But she said that I didn't do anything to help the relationship the whole two years and that she was the one keeping the relationship alive.

She seems narcissistic. Blaming you for her own mistakes and lying to her friends about it is wicked. She clearly has no respect for herself, hence why she projects her own insecurities and fears onto you. In my opinion, it's just one of those toxic relationships people are better off without. I only hope it hasn't scarred you because these things can be hard to let go of.

@@MagnetofSuccess im able to let go. She apparently said she wanted to work on herself but chose being with my ex best friend over that. She looks miserable apparently and doesn't talk to much of anyone anymore.

Magnet Of Success My ex broke up with me because she said we were not good for each other ever since I moved schools, because we we're so distance and didnt see each other that often and the love just faded away slowly. So I'm doing no contact and working my way to go back to that same school by next year. Im gonna focus on my self this school year and accomplish my goals that I have always said too her that I would but never did. Hopefully she starts talking to me by next year if not, I'm gonna try to reach out too her, and if she still declines I'm just gonna move on. I'm not gonna keep trying for years for someone that obviously doesn't love me. does this seem like a good plan to rekindle a love?

Hi. Your ex is playing the victim in her new relationship. She is trying to reason with her new bf that "it's you, not her." In doing so she is trying to make herself look better by sinking you. It's childish and pointless because she is not in competition with you. As for what to do. If you want to look really good, you can do quite the opposite. 1. don't defend yourself or try to deny the accusations. 2. say good things about her to your mutual friends. This will throw her off guard, and her lies will stop. Be the bigger person!

It was feb2019 that he texted me we can’t be together since he has new gf (I didn’t contact him since oct2018 coz he moved out at my place i didn’t invite him for my bday though he greeted me) April2019 they’re engaged! and this june2019 he is getting married! How did I know?! His photographer friend told me that she took there engagedment pic and she will be there wedding photographer!
