Nope. Out of sight. Out of mind. The world we live in is accustomed to microwave fixes. Maybe 10-20 years ago this would work but not hardly in this era. It’s too easy to access another relationship because people are so desperate for connection but don’t wish to work hard for it. I know. Sounds crazy but….ignoring someone rarely does anything but help them move on quicker and hopefully help you as well.

I want my ex back but I had to block him , he keeps bread crumbing me and hasn’t changed his mind. I think he is trying to ease the pain of the breakup by contacting me and I fall for the breadcrumb and my healing is at stake here

It's been a month since we broke up. I kind of told him i wanted to make things work but he was adamant. I went into NC immediately and ran into him after 4 days. He was waiting to talk. I had not processed my feelings well by then so i didn't know how to react. We had dinner together and talked for a long time. I asked him to reconsider, he said no in various ways. I decided not to push because it was hurting my self respect. We talked about general stuff. I told him to work on himself if he wants a relationship in future (with other people). While he was leaving i asked him again and he said he was sure about his decision. Over the days i called him because i couldn't control myself. He instead told me ways to move on and that i should focus on myself and not him blah blah. I texted him few for work and he always responded formally. Asked him to meet me one more time because i wanted to try one last time. I tried convincing and he was irritated. We had an ugly argument (wherein he shouted at me the whole time and i apologised for accusing him of cheating. He said he wasn't in touch with his ex but they kept liking each other's post on a group in WhatsApp both were part of and i wasn't. Never liked each other's messages where all three of us were there). I felt humiliated and decided to go NC because i was finding it difficult to cut off completely. One week into NC and he blocked me on FB, removed my number and unfollowed me on Instagram. I broke my NC to ask him because he kept lecturing me about unfriending and unfollowing on social media. He said he did it for me because he knew his posts would affect me and that he's also hurting but ain't showing (liar). I told him there's going to be consequences. I immediately blocked him on all social media platforms and went back into NC. It's going to be two weeks. Mentally, I'm in better space. Though i want him to come back (i was genuinely happy with him) I have also accepted the fact that he may not come back (i have a feeling that he won't). That i have to be okay with it.

Can you do a video on blocking? The last time we were no contact I didn’t block him. He had a front row seat to my happiness and came back around 6-8 weeks later. I blocked him this time again and it’s been 8 weeks. Nothing so far which is prob for the best. He’s an avoidant. He gets triggered and runs (I have too) but I know for a fact he’s tried picking up other women this time.

4 days of no contact my Ex accepted my 3 week request on Facebook the following week she removed me on instagram probably because I wasn’t watching her stories…the 3rd week of no contact she texted me and said.. “I hope and Pray Everything going Good on ur side Sebastian 💗”.
