Hey Chris, hope you're reading comments, because I've watched tons of videos, but none of them answer a certain question of mine. I've just started doing no contact. Hardest decision ever. But what I'm worried about, is whether or not there's a chance that no contact is actually the thing she wanted all along? I've kept in touch with my ex for almost two months after breaking up. During that time she sent mixed signals, like uninterested replies one day but long and great conversations the other day, saying she wants to rekindle her feelings for me and do something together but never picking a date, or saying she's not dating but showing different things on social media. Now after initiating no contact, the thought crossed my mind that she could've actually been waiting for me to cut off contact so she can move on without worrying about me. What do you think of this?

My ex won't do any of theses. My car broke down once, and I was stranded on the road. I called him to help me, he never came. I had to have a total stranger take me home.

2 weeks after my ex broke up with me realized that my ex wants to be friends with me. Im applying no contact rule coz dont ever forget you were the one being planned for a long time to break up with you. Have some self-respect.

this is kinda funny, because its exactly what just happened with me.. i did no contact for 50 days after a 5 month break up.. she received a letter at my house from the IRS , where she was being audited, so i felt i need to reach out, and we are going to get together and talk for the first time in months

Hi Chris, he said he didnt feel a spark and was confused and didn't mean to hurt me.. this after a few months of dating and only a week earlier saying about going away together but the weekend confirmed it. He asked to meet up after the break up to explain 'as he didnt want to be that guy' I met up with him, he said he's confused and backtracked about the spark, he was flirting(trying to feed me his creme from his ice hot chocolate and attempting to get me to taste it) he then was attempting to make me jealous by saying 'the next girl won't come over to my house' ' I forgot your stuff'(I didnt realise id left anything at his) and he was saying how beautiful i was, and there was still a spark. He then brought up our dates and time we spent together- good memories and then said hell contact me about my stuff and probably send a letter apologising for what he's done by Christmas(this after saying he's made up his mind and doesn't want it anymore because he isnt ready for a relationship and that there isn't a spark).. I didn't give in to the jealousy he was trying to create, when he said he was confused I just said he needs to get his shit together and ill probably end up being the one that got away, I joked and showed how good im doing and how I havent let it affect me because it was his decision and there's nothing I can do about it, and he seemed shocked and just kept saying how confused he is and how he doesn't want me to be angry or hate him. I've now employed no contact and thats been going strong since the 4th October and ive been working out, reading and getting back into touch with friends from the past.. I know he's been on a date already and im not sure if he's just toying with my mind or moved on already. I do actually care about him and think we could have had something. Any advice please???

Oh my god, I'm just asking myself this right now?!?!...... should I??....over 3 years together, apart for the last 18 months, no contact for 1 year and I'm blocked everywhere. Sad break up both v emotional but still dont know why we broke up.....??

This shit is so manipulative and low- brow. I'm all for NC no matter which sex but this damsel in distress bs is disgusting. If my ex reaches out with anything similar I'll just block her.

I’ve finished my 30 days in NC... he reached out on week 3 saying even though he knows I don’t want to talk to him (which I never said, he’s just assuming from the NCR), I made him so happy smiling at that day when we ran into each other & said my smile was very beautiful & that he enjoyed seeing it.. I didn’t respond, I finished out my 30 days in no contact then reached out & he tried to start an argument. I’m not sure whether to start another no contact rule or drop it completely
