I did 100 bent arm press to handstands in 30 days because I want to get this move consistent. I've been doing press to handstands for some time now but they have never felt super comfortable. I gave myself the target in 30 days to keep me motivated and I was curious to see if I could actually improve my bent arm press to handstand in this time period. Will it actually help?

Thank you for the kind words. It's hard to stay motivated making videos when you don't get any feedback, but your comment has given me the push I needed, more videos on the way!

@@doctorchrisg I understand your problem. I have an advice. Try to make vertical videos less than 1 minute long to get "RU-vid shorts" traffic.

definitely worth trying, let me know what you think of this training style. I personally find it very effective at keeping motivation levels high, and getting the volume in

@@doctorchrisg I will definetly try it around September. I already have a plan for this year. I don't want to modify it :D That 1000 pull ups in a month sounds awesome. I will defo start with that one.

bro how do you have front level already but not handstand press?! I can handstand pushupa nd press but can't front level for shit XD

haha I have no idea, I've always found pulling movements a lot easier. I got one arm pull up in 2 months but I still can't do a clean handstand push up after 2 years!

Man i can do frontlever pullups and i struggle with handstand pushups on the Wall. I cant even do normal freestanding handstand let alone a press. I think i'll probably achieve the Victorian before i get the handstand at this rate
