(In salt water) The brisket prepared in this way will last you in the fridge for about a month, because it is not cooked by a method called tyndalization. Prepared in this way, pork is enough to boil once for two and a half hours and you're done. In my experience, this kind of meat doesn't last more than a month. It has a simple reason, it is so good that it is eaten 😂 You will be surprised how delicious this pork is. It is best suited for consumption cold, together with pickled vegetables, horseradish and bread. Try this simple canning of meat (brisket) in a jar!
