I'm on week three. I can now hold my breath the whole time. Three weeks ago I could only hold it for 20 seconds. I find my mind wondering while holding my breath ... it feels easy! I'm really amazed.
Wow, Amazing! I'm about to drop a 40-minute journey, give that one a try. Also, if you're looking for a bit more of a challenge, try inhale holding instead of exhale holding, and squeezing the pelvic floor and abdominals as you hold.
I saw your 40-minute video. I will be doing it for the first time on 1/2 and then 1/3 because I will be in my lunar sacred secretion cycle ... super excited to add this breathing component in ... I usually get a DMT rush but with the 40 minute breathing I'm expecting fire works. I'll let you know how it goes.
Day two of my breath practise with you. Today I was able to hold my breath for 5 more seconds, yesterday was 15 seconds, today was 20 seconds. I am sixty-one years old and only now learning to breath. Infinite Love & Gratitude

I want to tell you something that makes me SO HAPPY! I do jiujitsu, absolutely love the sport. My biggest struggle with jiujitsu is that I run out of breath/energy from lack of oxygen. I do exercise to increase my V02 max - like sprinting stairs. I've been doing this breath work video daily for ONLY four weeks and last night at jiujitsu class when I was rolling I had FULL BREATH & ENERGY. I am over the moon! I can't believe how powerful this is. SO MUCH LOVE for what you provide here.
I've been doing jiujitsu for three years. So for three years I have been trying to increase my stamina. So this is a really big deal that I could make such a major shift in four weeks using your breathwork practise.

So happy to hear that! I highly recommend spending some time in meditation after activating with Breathwork. The breath is great for moving the energy so that we can more easily sit in silence.

I realized today while do this breathing that I get the same buzzying in my hands as I do when I do self hypnosis. Gratitude for another beautiful day.

I am continuing to do this even though I'm not communicating each day. I noticed today that on the inhale and hold at the end that I was only breathing into my chest. I switch to making sure I was breathing into my belly here ... made a big difference.
Great! For the next step, try focusing on bringing the breath into the belly and then into the chest. Let it fall out easily without any pushing or holding.
Are you saying pull the breath into the belly, then move the breath to the chest, then let it fall out of the mouth? OR that it is falling into the belly?
