Yeah... I saved a VFC Scar-H from the bin. It's been well fucked/cobbled by someone who "attempted" to put it together and gave up as they lost more and more parts which are incredibly hard to find unless you get your wallet plundered by VFC. I now have a functional stock Scar but cannot bring myself to open it back up and start working on it again.

Had a friend who was the worst for bringing me heaps of shite he'd buy second hand as a "good deal" from a guy on site. Other's that would take their stuff to other "techs" and woumd break first game out. Now I used to just say £20 for my time to help pay for game days and I'd generally donate parts from my spares box. It got so bad I told them that any pieces of shit they bring for repair would be £40 an hour and they can buy their own parts. Thought I was joking until I billed them. One guy handed me an Aug moaned about the cost and never heard from him for months so sold the Aug and told him to hoof it.

i have a Cyma Scar and it locked up due to a plastic toothed piston, I threw a few bits (motor pinion, piston & head, cylinder head & Perun Hybrid) it to get it running for NAF last year, i was debating sending it your way to finesse the shit outta it as i like it as a platform and its not your run of the mill M4 on a skirmish.

Dboys tech here. I will only take on scars for tech work if.. 1) the customer is fine with me cutting the ambi switch just to one side... 2) have to be willing to wait. Sorry these repairs just with taking apart and together are extra hours. 3) buy me a drink... with those 3 steps. You will get a scar that will kick ass

I have a scar, its easy enough to work on but every time i take it for a game i remeber why i bought other guns. Its way to fucking heavy at the front.
If you're getting a scar hpa it honestly. Especially if its the vfc scar 20. Kythera it and put the appropriate stock on. Youbdont need the batterybspace in a mechanical gun unless youre going to modify it so you can have a 90g co2 caplse but i dont know if that will work since its a m4 buffertube that houses it
@@NegativeAirsoftTech my mist if guns for that isn't long. If it's a bad design that's when you hpa it. The umbilical cord ruins the look. Even on a dmr you could always just get a bore up kit for your g3 or fal.
