It's important to have gutters because it prevents water damage by ensuring water is pushed away from the foundation of the ADU. There are four types of gutters; vinyl, aluminum, copper, and steel. Aluminum is the best type of material because it doesn't warp. Make sure to have the correct slope and place the downspout so that it pushes water away from the ADU.

This ADU is 370 sq ft, garage conversion with no addition. The ADU has a full-size kitchen, custom countertop, and high-end appliances and is lit by a skylight. The ADU has one medium size bedroom, with built-in closet spaces and a sliding door that leads to a big and spacious backyard. The ADUs' bathroom includes floor-to-ceiling tile, a tub, a vanity, and high-end finishes. The ADU will rent for $2,500 and will be an excellent secondary source of income for the homeowner.
