Internguy: "We have to prepare for his careful extraction... we were given specific orders." (Doom Guy just grab Hayden and rips him off, causing him to fall on the ground with a loud clang.) Internguy: "...Or you know... you can just do that." VEGA: "His life sign is barely readable." (Suddenly Marauder show up and gives a menacing glare at the Slayer.) Internguy: "...I'll be going now. Have fun!" (Internguy makes a run for it to the exit as Doom Slayer and Marauder duke it out.)

Nice video, I'd like to draw some attention on the combination of the themes, Dark Souls Remastered's Firelink Shrine theme alongside the explanation of the DOOM Ancient Gods' second part lore. I love it. Keep up the good work, my man.

It was mentioned in the codex that every crystal taken from World Spear was basically non-depletable energy source. Since both Urdak AND Immora has to rely on something depletable (Argent Energy and Hell Energy, which both of them need souls to be generated), and Hell really desired to get its claws on Wraiths to get a powerful power source, their true potential seemingly surpasses Davoth's abilities of creation. So maybe those Wraiths were the titular Ancient Gods?

That idea near the end about Internguy being all grown up and everyone on the Carrier or, heck, the Fortress of DOOM, being like him and welcoming the Slayer in a manner that has him respond with a pat and a 'thanks' was a heartwarming concept. If the story timeskipped any further ahead, though, Internguy could've reverse-engineered Maykr tech and translated his mind into a robot body, leaving his actual body in suspended animation and probably doing the same for his family members so that they can (biologically) meet the Slayer in person. This would suggest that Samur had left impacts on them. ...The information Martin hints to raises the (affirmed) question of whether Immora, Urdak, the whole DOOM-verse as we know it (to some extent), was/is a creation of Davoth, and as such, due to the idea of there being a being even above Davoth that isn't The Father/Vega, the known verse may be hell. It has/had demons that travelled everywhere casually... Aside from that; I believe the World Spear could've been a project of either The Father or Davoth, both, or some other party - furthermore The Ancient Gods (the numerous hooded Maykrs we've seen, holographically twice - second time was before facing Davoth, uttering something) were there, so it may've been a colony ship for proto-Maykrs. Otherwise it may've been a backup should everything go horribly wrong. Could be any of those possibilities.

I think they should make a year to pass and have a two parter in between the events of Doom 2016 and doom eternal explaining where the doomslayer went after 2016 and then showing how he got the fortress of Doom then end there I think that'll be an awesome dlc

Internguy found a way onto the Fortress of Doom, found the Doom Slayers armor from 2016, repaired it somehow and is now ready and able to continue the ripping and the tearing. In the name of the one true SLAYER.

i love that storey, meeting aged intern guy decades from now and carrying on a new fight, but that... a hand on the shoulder and one well meant and honest word dragged from the gravely depths "Thanks" love it 💪

I feel like a good way to have another dlc or game in this doom timeline is by having internguy organize a squad of the strongest night sentenals to go through the blood swamps and to where the doomguys sarcophagus is, I say this because if you look closely you can see the pedestals where the dark lords and father's life sphere's where in the end cut seen, then have doomguy fight another threat, possibly being the being above the dark lord gets corrupted some how. That's what I think would be cool for future content in the game/series.

The most insteresting lore thing about the Davoth was seeing him in his red armor and especially his helmet. When visiting the crystal with Wraiths in stasis its really intriguing to see the similarity between horns of Wraiths shown in there and the helmet Davoth is wearing

Intern guy is living on DooM Slayer's Fortress of DooM, keeping it ready for when DooM Slayer returns.

That would be awesome if we saw Intern-guy as an old man with a big beard. The slayer returns and proceeds to kick ass and Intern-guy laughs and says something like “and they all said I was crazy”

Internguy will be the protagonist of the next game, leading a team of marines to free Doomguy from his casket. But it will play more like Classic Doom, because Internguy lacks the reality warping powers of the Doomslayer to convert demon giblets into health packs, armor shards or ammo.
