@@connykomen4237 well that’s maybe because those samles in the snes version might have been recorded faster and then played at normal speed during playback,HOWEVER, this will result in an stretched harsch metalic audio effect, wich you can clearly hear in some drum samples, i also don’t like that ugly reverb effect wich you can hear if 2 doors are getting opened or closed or when 2 soldiers died at the same time, BUT you will hear that reverb effect in the pc version as well, On the gba when you kill 2 soldiers atonce , that dying sound will play but then stops halfway and then will repeat and then play at it’s full length, i do find that sounding waaay more funny personally😁😁 Trough the music the gba version sucks.

I hate the pc track for e2m1 this is a much better fit

Cj Newman E1M6 in the PC version. There was also E2M2: Containment Area, E2M5: Command Center, E2M7: Spawning Vats, and E3M5: Unholy Cathedral cut from the SNES version. But all the other levels appear to be intact in this version.

E2M2 was included in the SNES version. There's a track for it on this playlist.

edgeninja The music track was kept in, but the level itself is completely absent. E2M2's track plays in what would be E2M3 on the PC version, Refinery. Refinery on the SNES version is E2M2.

Nope First of all that's Sign of Evil on E1M8, On the Hunt is on E1M6 and E3M6 (and on the SNES port it's also E3M3). Second of all, this is the SNES port, not the PC port. Expectedly it has less levels, in this case for the SNES version, has no true E1M6, it was replaced with E1M7.

The SNES version has a little bit of blood.

Nothing compared to the PC or PS1 version(GBA has green blood) Nintendo has too much censorship. 3DO has the best music but the gameplay is not so-so(but still got blood!!!!!)

floony floon Actually, the SNES version didn't censor any blood, it's exactly the same amount of blood as the PC version. It probably just looks like it has less because of graphical compromises that had to be made to get it running on the system. Also, you can't blame the GBA port's censoring the blood on Nintendo because Nintendo stopped censoring games since the N64 era. ID chose to make the blood green in order to get a T rating.

floony floon The only thing I'm mad about in the SNES version is the graphics meaning I sometimes can't see enemies from far away which means I take more damage then when I play the other versions of Doom

ChipHazard007 The 32x version is pretty low res, too, to be fair. Higher res than the SNES but enemies become pixels in the distance too. It mostly has the edge in floors/ceilings.

Well the SNES only ever got three M rated games with Doom being one of them. The other two being Mortal Kombat 3 and Ultimate MK3.
