Really… my daughters were bullied in school and I can’t tell you how many times I was at th school. I DIDNT ignore them crying. I actually went to the school and took them out . I refused to send them back until they cld guarantee me they wld be safe. I called the head of the board of education etc. when it was all said and done they knew don’t fk with my kids. This lady is obnoxious and there is no way she is in-tuned with their needs… i hate the fact that she exposes them like she does.. i was embarrassed to be a foster kid. The next morning I was at the school raising hell...then I went to the transportation department...raised more hell...threatened to call the law for assault, and sue the ever living shit out of the school... We didn't have any problems after that...

I’m a foster parent too, we can’t even transmit any information considered personal via email with a social worker. I couldn’t fathom even posting a photo of a child in care never mind videos containing private details of their medical and family history, diagnosis, or medications. This woman needs to be held accountable by the state and the children’s social workers.

Typically, once a child is adopted you have guardianship and therefore the right to make day to day decisions the same way you would for a biological child. Occasionally there will be an addendum on an adoption plan that would cover issues such as sharing private information, especially if a child could be considered at risk of being contacted by previous parents/family members etc. This is usually only seen in the cases of children adopted through apprehension, where an adoption is challenged or where there is significant conflict between family members. For children who are in foster care, nothing is to be shared publicly about them and I believe this is applicable to all USA states. I think this twat has herself covered though, from what I gather only 2 of the children are considered in care and by means of a kinship placement. Usually the restrictions on kinship placements are far more lax. In fact, the expectation is that you treat the children the same way all of the children in the home are treated. Therefore, if challenged or questioned on featuring the two kids in the kinship placement on her social media, she could very well argue the point that ALL children in the home are regularity featured and that she treats every child in the home equally. I also believe the 2 children I’m referring to would be considered old enough to give consent and/or their mom may have retained guardianship of them and can consent on their behalf. I’m going to assume she isn’t stupid enough to jeopardize her platform by breaking any laws or legal agreements, but clearly not smart enough to resist the temptation of cashing in on other people’s trauma.

Especially emotional disregulation. Cyber bullying and cyberstalking are very real catalysts for self harm and ideation. Awareness is necessary to save these children
