I can’t thank Josh enough for speaking up on his platform. I went from consuming family vlogs and day in the life videos to just his content and a few anti-MLM creators. My content consumption before always left me feeling like an inadequate mom and wife. So grateful for people like Josh that help not only expose child exploration, but also those unrealistic expectations set by mommy vloggers.

Okay, I'm only one of 3 kids and we absolutely NEVER EVER ate food at an amusement park, fair, or any other destination. There was ALWAYS a cooler in the car with sandwiches and drinks. I remember it as a family lunch in the parking lot. As an adult visiting such places, I realized how expensive AND disgusting the food was!

100 degrees, no shade, blazing sun in black shirts, hot metal bleachers, no water, hiking for miles in new shoes....sounds like fun...bet they all bathed in the pool

I remember our dad used to make us sandwiches from back of the car when we would go on road trips. It was fun and made for some good memories. You don't always need to spend money, jeez.

She could have said “7 hot dogs, 7 burgers” but no, she needed to stand there for 15 minutes saying “1 hot dog… 1 burger… 1 hot dog… 1 chicken nugget… 1 hot dog” ermehgerd!!!

Your most solid thing in this episode is the fact she has literally stripped excitement from her children. I didn't even think that was even possible to do wow!

My dad used to take me and my brother to watch car races (not nascar, just local) when my mom was out of town and he’d always take us to the grocery store to pick out a sandwich ring, chips, drinks & a snack. We loved that shit so much! It was a treat we didn’t always get. He’d always end up buying us a cotton candy or whatever too but the memories I have of packing up the cooler and having a “picnic” at the race are irreplaceable & I wouldn’t change a thing if I took my kids! Lush is just so out of touch that she’d never be able to do something so simple. She has to be extravagant with everything 🤦‍♀️

I can’t imagine my husband and teenage son agreeing to wear the same outfit as the youngest kids. Since she has air tags on the kids she is obviously doing the matching outfits for views and not for safety. 🙄

The amount of money these people spend on everything and the FOOD!!! I remember growing up we were poor but in my hometown we have a water park and you get season passes and go all year, well my fourth grade teacher somehow the whole class got to talking about the water park and it came up that I had never been. So my teacher pulled me aside and offered me a babysitting job of her two kids at the water park and she would pay for my season pass, pick me up and drop me off, and also pack our lunch and we would get ice cream afterwards at Bumpers bc it was cheaper than getting them at the water park. And I must add yes I was babysitting but she went with us she never left us I think she really liked me and also felt sorry for me. But I did this for three years and we became very close. With that being said the food at the water park was so expensive we only ate there once a year as a special treat but every time we went she packed us a huge cooler but we had to eat outside the park bc of rules but it saved so much money it just blows my mind about how much money she really makes doing shitty videos. Pack a Yapple next time, Lush 😂

We went to Talladega for a NASCAR race with the pit passes. It was so much fun. We went all three days and it was very kid friendly. They had a playground for kids to play on, you could go into the garages and talk to racers and crew. It was an experience. We brought snacks and took breaks. We would 100% go back.

As someone who grew up going to Nascar races at Chicagoland International Speedway, I can tell you that this trip to Watkins Glen wasn't cheap by any means. For just my parents and I we'd spen well over $500.

I have made a promise to myself that I will buy good quality second hand clothes only from now on, with the possible exception of the pieces that require an investment like coats or boots. I love it, it’s like a treasure hunt every time! The environmental waste that goes into making clothes is no joke and it is actually hard to watch her attitude towards stuff!

You crack me up 😂 I have been to several Nascar races with my ex husband in a past life. It’s actually really fun. But not with little kids. Not that many anyway. I hated watching it on television. But when you are in the stands and the engines start, it hits you and vibrates your whole body when they zoom by. And then the wrecks are fun, only if no one is injured. But I saw some crazy ones. It’s a whole different experience live than on tv.

It's like a 3 mile road course. You can just tell from their previous videos that the kids weren't going to have fun from the start.

As someone who was just diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer and not able too pay for my first chemo treatment, it makes me sick watching her blow money like she does!

I also like how they went to the NASCAR race knowing 0 of the drivers, or what's going on at all who's in which position or anything.

She’s at Watkins Glen Raceway, it’s actually a big race and a beautiful area. It’s a stones through from Watkins Glen State Park which is GORGEOUS! I’m not a NASCAR fan but I’ve vacationed a lot in upstate NY and this race is actually a good time. People come in RV’s and tents and camp all weekend and party, visit the rivers and waterfalls etc. And here is Alicia not n the moment, missing out on the good stuff and rushing her family around. All for clicks and views. Sad. This could be a great experience for the kids.

I think the love of racing is either in your blood or not. My mom walked in on e when i was a teen and asked what i was watching. It was a show about people racing their cars and i was enthralled. I told her i didn't know why i liked it, but she told me it was in my blood. I had relatives who raced (and i did love the illegal street races as a teen). To this day, i love watching racing, but i still dont know why i love it so much. It shouldn't be fascinating, but it really is.

The McDonald's had reminded me of my late dad. He used to tear all the labels off his clothes because he refused to be a walking Billboard.

I feel so bad for these kids, I have three teenagers and an 8 year old. If I tried to dress my kids all the same, it would be a huge fight and soo embarrassing for them. I can’t imagine how awful it would be for the teens to run into friends dressed all the same. Not to mention dressing the teens the same as their little siblings! I wish she would just let these kids be themselves, especially when they are going out in public.

For someone who claims to have no money… she bought vans for everyone for their day out at nascar.. those vans had to be at least $60 each

Im from upstate NY also. I had a friend who had 9 foster kids. She received 1000.00 to 1700.00 month per kid. She also received clothing vouchers and excursion vouchers. After 3 years NYS would either force her to adopt or give the kids up. If she adopted them, she would receive SSI benefits. 800-1000.00 and food stamps, free medical, as well as HEAP vouchers. Yes she shopped like this in the end. Prior to this, she made 3 meals every day from scratch, canned fruits and veggies. Made 40 loaves of homemade banana bread a week. Had a huge garden. Organic meat.But the state came in and did not like her way of living. No tvs, no xboxes.. The children would eventually go to other homes where food/haircuts/ 14,000 square foot house was not a normal representation of a African American home. They wanted boxed meals and junk food added in. 11 years as an adoptive white Mom she gave up because of the state pressure.

I wacthed Matt and Abby birth vlog they didnt show baby 2 face at all. Matt covered his sons face and they just showed his head and body. Abby said, "Take our word, he's cute, We wont be plastering our kids faces on the internet".Im so proud of them and fans are pissed off! Saying please show me his face. People are so invested in their lives like they live through them. Fans are throwing fits in the comment section. Ive argued with a few especially a lady saying how shes upset she hasnt seen Grffin face in a while and shes mad that all these family vloggers stopped their kids faces. She stated shes unsubcribed because Matt and Abby will not show baby 2 face. Shes mad they flimed their pregrancy but wont show their child. People need to grow up family vloggers and influencers do not owe us anything. I honestly think Matt and Abby should take all their content down with Griffin.All these vloggers need to really think about their privacy and their kids. Last time I went to a race it was $100 a ticket for grandstand. I'm betting this day out was a couple grand. And I thought she had kids with sensory issues? So you bring them to Nascar where the noise is unbelievable!

Everytime DCP spins the wheel, I can't help but dance along. I've tried to not dance, but how can you NOT dance?! LOL

I've gone to Nascar with my parents down in Daytona. Not sure what site you were on but they do sell pit passes without needing to be a sponsor. We went out on the track and they let you sign the checkered start/finish line and walk through the garages and if you're lucky you may get to see one or two of the racers back there. It's pretty cool, but if you're not a fan it's going to be an exhausting and boring day. And even with those noise cancelling headphones, t doesn't take away what can some pretty unnerving feelings while watching a race especially with kids who have sensory issues. You will feel the stands vibrate slightly in the concrete seats and for certain the wooden bleachers, and you will feel them go by you. The wind gust those cars slaps into the stands could easily upset a child who doesn't have sensory problems. It is most definitely an experience, but also is not something everyone is going to enjoy or learn to enjoy by making them go. It's like frog legs, you either like it or you don't there is no in between. Lol

My grandparents used to watch and go to the races. I remember they would have me cheer for Rusty Wallis with them on the TV they never forced me to attend with them 😂 Also my 17 month old toddler says thank you when we give him things… you can tell when kids are worked with and given proper attention 🙃

Watching as a single mom with the kids dad living abroad (no child support) and no support system, working my butt of to support my kids as a single parent and we rarely go anywhere cause it’s too expensive! These “vloggers” should be ashamed of themselves flashing their lifestyles exploiting their kids!

If I was one of 14 & I could do an outing with Mom & Dad that included only 6 -7, I would be THRILLED. I'd feel more special, seen & heard even if only for a day. I'd be glad to spend another day at home chilling with peace & quiet while other siblings go on an outing.

I am a NASCAR fan 😅. This racetrack is a road course so it’s not the traditional oval that you would think of. They go slower because it’s not a super speedway and has a lot more turns. I got into it over Covid and it’s actually super interesting and fun to watch. A lot of misconceptions out there about it.

I live in Indiana & have never been to the track (Indy 500). I have no desire to sit in the heat & watch a car go in a circle 😂😂

Oh my gosh I was at NASCAR this past weekend too and I'm do glad we didn't run into them especially since my mom has a work booth at the track for Ferris mowers.

I totally didn't realize it was Friday until I saw the wheel. I'm a mom of Littles we do the same thing everyday. Sometimes I wake up and my husband is sleeping next to me and that's how I know it's saturday.

Our raceway has people who volunteer to drive carts around. They'll take you from the parking lot, to the grandstand, up the hills. You can tip if you want but no fee required. And...they are veterans!

Watkins Glen is where the top drivers go. It’s a road coarse, not an oval track, that’s why the seats are different where you can only see part of the track. You should check out the short she posted about what they are that day. That’ll really set you over the edge!!

NASCAR is BIG money. It can be very interesting and entertaining when you get into it and realize the technology and strategy needed. Unfortunately she went to Watkins Glen, it is a road course so you can't see much. When my husband was deployed, his unit gave us tickets to Pocono and my kids loved it. They each have a fav driver and it is the only sport that still does the National Anthem and a prayer before they start. NASCAR should've given this opportunity to a family that is actually fans of the sport and would appreciate it.

i’m a big nascar fan, but they where at a road course but those are like the worst races to see in person because you only can see a part of the track but in a oval track you would be able to see the whole track and it’s a lot more exciting

To be fair we are huge Nascar fans, just went camping at Michigan in the infield! With my 3 month old and 4 year old! And the track she went to was a road course!
