Especially with most of them having ADHD. I’m amazed at how easy it is for parents to get the medication for the kids now.

It bothers me how Alisha says these kids have so many issues with food and then puts so much unhealthy stuff on their plates and in their lunches.

What hurts me the most is that these kids are being fed garbage food high in sugar so they are off the walls because of that, they probably have medical and behavior issues due to that diet and the malnutrition im sure they all have and the chaos they live in, and we all know those kids are being drugged up with like ADHD and anxiety meds and stuff when most of them probably dont need it but its an easy way to shut them up. Instead of changing their home life and lifestyle and diets which would make a WORLD of difference. These kids dont seem to go outside much so they are probably deficient in vitamin D. I know I get low in vitamin D myself because I work graveyard shift and in winter I never see the sun. When I was low in vitamin D I felt miserable, depressed, no energy, everything ached, I just felt sick all the time. Within a day or two of taking vit D supplements my mood immediately turned around and I had more energy than I had in weeks. Vitamin deficiencies are that serious and that easy to correct. They have huge effects on your physical and mental health.

​@@TrueEnergizerBunniesabsolutely! My ex fiance was on ridalin (don't know how to spell it) from 8-17 before he stopped taking it. He was absolutely a normal person after. If you have ADHD you don't just grow out of it. He was fine, his mother just didn't want to deal with shit. Now I keep having to tell him our son doesn't have it because he's been worried about it and sometimes I just want to punch his mom for this....

I sort of think she won't let them pour their own cereal. She loves to pretend to do everything herself. I think she implemented some kind of rule that at certain times during the day she will be filming and to stay in their rooms. I don't think the kids are that helpless, or lazy, but I think she desperately tries to make them appear that way bc of the views.

Right! I was cooking food in the microwave at 7and on the stove by the time I was 10 and in the oven by the time I was 12. I was doing my own laundry at 11 but I was helping with it at 8. Was packing my own lunch and doing all this that she does for them by the time I was TWELVE, and I have a disability and a bunch of disorders. My cousin is crippled and he still does all this on his own, so the fans of Alicia's can't tell us different even tho they try too. These kids won't be able to do crap on their own and will expect their mom to come over over every day to do stuff for them. I feel bad for these babies. If I had the space and money and the help, I'd take these kids in, in a heartbeat.

But we had to steal it or go to pantries or Churches that gave food away just to eat. I've heard stories about the homeless people doing wrong just to go to jail to eat. But she don't care.

I just had to eat 2 tums after reading the list of what they eat in a day. 🤢 no wonder the kids need reflux medicine!

I work with children in group homes and many come from homes where they eat like this.... we have to feed them healthy meals and they only get fast food or snack foods on Saturdays if they purchase it with their allowance. I've watched kids go days without eating because they refuse to try the food our staff cooks for them. They'll eat Ramen for every meal instead of eating our healthier meals until the Ramen runs out. Eventually they try it and start eating it but don't ever eat the veggies and never eat the salads. It's really sad. They've even called our county licensing telling them we don't feed them and we don't have any food and we get investigated... but it's only because we don't feed them the junk they're used it. It's frustrating sometimes.

I’ve had friends that children graduated from college and didn’t know how to turn on the stove, boil an egg or clean out the apartment from college to get their deposit back. Mom also made it fun for us to do chorus around the house. We all took turns doing different chorus than she rewarded us for helping out.

Exactly!! I came from a bigger Family than Alicia's and we didn't even half of those groceries plus we got a descent proportion of food to eat for each meal, something Alicia and Josh don't know about. And most my family is big eaters and they still didn't eat that much in one meal.
