Thank you so much for doing this for these kids❤. I’ve seen a few Tiktoks from adults who were Angel Tree kids many years ago and they discussed how much it truly meant to them, and some of still had something that the person got them 😭. Financially, I could only get three toys for Toys for Tots this year, but it breaks my heart to see so much need this year.

That's just so kind. I'm from th UK and each Yr my husband and I don't buy for each other we buy a homeless person a Xmas dinner. It includes them being able to have a shower, get clothes clean have a haircut and the charity will give them a bed for the night plus try and get them off the streets all for £30. My 3 kids also do the same in our name so that's 2 people that are helped. We don't need stuff just helping someone is a gift enough but Lush doesn't teach her kids that she has taught them to be materialistic.

@CorkyJCavera-mw9lk Wonderful! I would start very small. Set a goal to help 20 or 25 people. Go to small "mom and pop" businesses in your community with some literature you have created explaining what you are doing, for whom, why, and bit about yourselves. Ask them to sponsor one of the perspective recipients. Either way, ask them if you can leave some literature at their store. Facebook and such are great once you get a charity type organization going, but initially, it is still the face-to-face, in the community communications that really matter. Just make certain that you adhere to any state or local requirements for starting a nonprofit. Those laws will vary. Many local lawyers will have pro-bono time for small start-ups to help for no cost. You are in my prayers that you can get your organization off the ground soon. Too many people need help, but if we each can just do a little bit, it adds up to big things. I am a firm believer that nothing is impossible for the Lord, so I will keep you in my prayers. That's awesome, those kiddos will be so happy! I've always said I wanted to be rich so I could help people!! So many people are able to help others but refuse to. I could never do that, I give when I don't have it to give. These days I'm unable to help anyone because I can't help myself. But I absolutely love to hear of others helping when they can. ❤️

Just one of the things that bothers me about her waste. She's supposed to be such a devoted foster Mom but her actions speak volumes. What about kids not in the system yet? How bout using some of that wasted money or food to feed them. Way too many kids right here in America who don't get enough to eat. It's shameful.

⁠We try very hard not to object to her crazy spending sprees and the fact that she lies about donating to charity last Christmas but it’s the fact that she ‘works so hard’ exploiting her kids! Telling everyone about their medical and personal needs and bad mouthing about the bio parents that in itself only gains her enemies and no amount of money overspends will repair the damage she’s done! She puts others in the shadows so she can appear as a ‘shining light and saviour’ 🤬 That’s disgraceful.

I'm trying to see the positive! My son just turned 11. I was a stay at home mom for his entire life so needless to say he despised me working. When I told him I lost my job he said if you're sad I'm sorry but I'm happy because I get my mom back. I got to go to his school Christmas party yesterday and he was so excited! Just goes to show work doesn't appreciate us like our children do lol

He is not an interactive parent at all (neither is she) There are some attempts made but these are just the camera. They are token attempts. When they went ice skating recently, he was skating around in his own (a majority of the time). He is a teacher (Alicia is a trained teacher too) yet they have all these children who can not ice skate, despite where they live. Neither of them made any real attempt to help teach any of them how to skate properly. Alex should be very competent at his age. We don’t have snow or ice here where we live in Australia, but we have ice skating rinks. Most children learn really quickly at a young age how to skate effectively and all it takes is for parents and caters to help them learn. They just let their children fumble and flail around year after year. AT LEAST GET A COACH THERE WHEN THEY BOOK OUT THE RINK!! No one is nurtured or taught anything to a level of competence. They are doing things for all the wrong reasons. Patrick skates well, but it is because of the sports he is in.
