I take a shilajit powder, as a person that’s been into sports and excercising since high school 2001, I’ve taken lots of different supplements, pre workouts etc.. I’ve never came across anything as good as shilajit as a pre work our supplement, the energy from shilajit is intense and also there is No burnout. The only thing negative I have to say is it tastes like literal dirt
@@BadaBing8008 I am just about to start taking Shilajit now but I can say for sure that I have been taking Ashwagandha for about three months and it has given me a new gear or two. I have the ability to exercise and really push myself which was something I could never do before, mainly because I did not enjoy exercise, couldn't be bothered to go and do it and also because once I was exercising I was never able to push myself in a meaningful way so as to build muscle. However now I have been taking Ashwagandha I have been exercising non stop for two months, I really enjoy it (I have had to make myself take breaks so the body can heal but I really look forward to the next session). I cannot say if Ashwagandha has helped my body build muscle but what I can say is it has given me the ability to do the work needed. If Shilajit is as good as they say, I am about to hit a new level!

I’ve only ever taken 2 types of Shilajit, both types make you feel indestructible lol (when you source the right stuff) I now take a Shilajit resin that contains gold granules. Real gold is awesome for health too!
I take Shilajit now everyday and I feel more energy and it puts lead in my pencil if you know what I mean. I am an over weight diabetic and that puts a damper on your pencil so this Shilajit is wonderful.
I take the tar form, it is very dense. I found the best way to drink it, is in the morning with my hot tea or coffee before work since it dissolves easily once I add some.
I take the tar version, best version once in the morning and night. Mix it with coffee in the morning, and tea at night. It needs to be mixed with hot liquid. I've been having knee pain in my left knee for awhile and after 2 months most of the pain went away. Also notice an energy boost. One of the best natural supplements u can take.

One company that makes shiljit got sued because it contained heavy minerals and was sold that way. This is why I would be cautious of tar and would more likely get a purified powder.
I ditched the coffee and changed it for a combination of Black Tea, with Shilajit and Chaga Mushroom from siberia. After many trials and errors at trying to get something that would actually help me wake up and turn on my brain as strongly as coffee did, but without the giddiness, I have found the proper combination. (it took me many months to get it right)

I actually love the taste of this stuff. I buy shilajit from Siberia & for 60 little tablets it costs me about $15 a pack. You take 1 tablet 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch & dinner). He says the Himalayan stuff is expensive, but all you really want is the black stuff. The blacker it is, the better & it's not really that expensive. I pretty much only started buying it because it was supposed to raise your T-levels, but I kept buying it for the other benefits
Its a better idea to get the actual resin and mix it with hot coffee or tea. I buy mine straight from India and I get a 2 year supply for $130. Ofcourse American brands are gonna charge 5x extra that's how they make money.

its is the best most potent and absorbable way to get organic minerals,unlike animals we cant absorb minerals in there crystaline/rock form so we have to get it from our food but the plants have to get it from the soil and even in organic farming its poor,the only area that has them is in volcanic soil. so we need minerals the most of all because that is the one thing severly lacking in our food. shame it so expensive as that will put most people off from trying it. i took a leep of blind faith when i was feeling feeble and i am glad i did.

You do not want to just mix it with any type of water and hot water and water in itself causes the properties to break down where you actually need to take more of the amount than 500 to get the same dosage. If just on tongue than it’s different. I’m not an idiot like you think, I understand that the body can react differently on ways things are taken. Im 30 and it felt like my masculinity has started degrading for 5 years I've been around mainly women. I've tried the pure tarry resin form. I wud break a small piece and put it in a hot drink n drink it. But I felt like a waterfall going thru my body so it was very overwhelming. I suffer from schizophrenia so am also on other medications.
I have bought 3 different brands, each one tastes different, smells different, has different consistency of texture. What exactly are we taking here. also I notice no difference in my energy or mood or anything.
