I think this video has my favorite analogy used by Dr Cox in the whole series. The one about Elliot focusing on death so much that she'll try to commit suicide and end up a patient which in turn will drive Dr Cox nuts so he too will try to commit suicide. It's amazing!

The one thing I love about Dr Cox is sure he loves to rip on people but there are times when you can tell he does actually care when JD or Elliot genuinely need help.
