Thank you so much for putting this online. The DVD you sent was difficult to play on my older Mac computer so it is wonderful to see the exercises online. Your book Yoga for Osteoporosis is also very helpful. There (p. 81) it says "Since the bone-forming proteins seem to synthesize quite well after 10 seconds of stimulating pressure, all poses should be held a little longer than that. Try 20-30 seconds at first; some may be held up to a minute unless otherwise specified." Thank you very, very much.

In your Supta Padangustasana 2 pose... when holding the leg with a strap out to the side, depending on how the shadows reflect off of the teacher, it's difficult to make out on the video whether that side leg ("lifted leg") is supposed to be elevated off the floor (suspended in the air) while pulling it with the strap ..... or flat on the floor. Thanks in advance for your explanation.
