L glutamine I believe is the best supplement for leaky gut must be taken on an empty stomach also probiotics and digestive enzymes can be beneficial. You can Google leaky gut remedy online for lots of articles with more info.
high doses can be laxative, but it takes a much higher amount than, say , magnesium oxide. I particularly like magnesium glycinate for sleep (citrate is still a good choice though).
I haven't taken vitamin pills in years I get gummies...should I switch back to pills....and what,brands are best and least expensive...not spending anything close to a hundred dollars on vitamins....not happening...thanks
