I eat grass fed beef maybe once every two months. Mostly organic chicken, lots of organic free range eggs, veggies, water, some fish. I am on no prescription meds at all. I want to keep it that way ☺️
I love this couple, healthy and good looking. My husband and Iot in the bandwagon. Especially me, have tons of weight to lose. But already feeling better. Consuming no sugar, no dairy, no white flour, no gluten, super strict and intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day.
Dr. Evil: Obviously, most people have cereal and milk for breakfast. Do you live under a rock? At least, they shouldn't eat the sugary stuff with the bright food coloring. BTW most smoothies are loaded with sugar, too.
Smoothies should have the four berries: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry they are great at fighting against things like cancer. We have our smoothie with a small bowl of steel cut oats (no instant oatmeal-to much sugar in it). You want to eat a little something with your smoothie to activate the enzymes from your saliva, it helps your overall digestion.
I had not noticed. But yes .. it's so much fun to get "fluffy" and not even realize it until the mirror shocks us. I'm on my way back to health... Don't want to be "fluffy" anymore. To good health!!! 👌😊 Thank you !!!!

Did the oatmeal study put sugar in the oatmeal? Flavored instant oatmeal is mostly sugar. Did it include milk, fat, or protein with the oatmeal? If the children had an egg or some cheese with a small amount of oatmeal, the results might have been very different.
What about organic corn for humans, may we eat it? I live in Germany and I have access to some unmodified corn, is it okay to eat it now and then? I know corn is like a wheat and it may make you fat, but sometimes to eat it may it harm you?
Eating it occasionally can be ok so long as you're not someone who is sensitive to it. We have patients that suffer from disturbing brain health issues after eating corn, and they only found this out by undergoing an elimination diet.
they forget to talk about different kinds of olive oil, the dark ones aren't good for baking, so take the lighter ones, coco not oil is not as healthy as she says, it's still better than vegetable ones but don't use to much, you can also use ghee, but it's better not to use to much oil for baking, grilling or oven is better, use the dark olive oil for you're salads, and you get more than enough good fats
It makes me sick the amount of people who are feeding their toddlers pop. I raised my girls with 1 ( one) litre of pop a year . It was a treat. I wasn't allowed pop as a child because children don't develop the stomach acids of adulthood until 10 , 12 years old , therefore the carbonation in pop is like an acid in that little stomach and will literally eat their stomach lineing and rot their teeth. Adults are allowed 24g for W and 32g for M of sugar daily. There is 32 to 38 grams of sugar in pop. Not only are All children sugar addicts they are All most likely to be diabetic at a young age. Eaten stomach lining leads to ulcers , bad microbiomes, leaky gut, heart disease, foggy brain ( ADHD) , Food sensitivities ( allergies ) , parasite overload , headaches , obesity and Cancer. STOP THE POP.
Yes, a carbohydrate has to be broken down into its simplest form, sugar, to be used. That's why you should choose high carbohydrate foods, so the body doesn't have to work so hard breaking down proteins and fats to be used for sugar. And then you say you have a fruit smoothie for breakfast, but not more than one piece of fruit. That's not a fruit smoothie, but some other unnatural food concoction.
This was not really helpful..and it cut off before you could give some helpful food tips. Most know what not to eat, how about doing a long video just on what's good for you to eat in the Market. Cuz once we get to the market we would really like to be first hand knowledgeable on what to buy and what's good for you. I wouldn't have watched this 11 minute video had I known it wasn't going to tell me what's GOOD to eat.
