We used the Hyatt as our point of entry too. It's easiest since we stayed at the Westin, and the years before that we were at the Holiday Inn behind the Westin. We had a great time and want to stay at the Westin again for next year. It was pretty chil and laid back this year. Two cosplays, one photoshoot, and one hosted panel. The rest of the time we went to informative panels or just hung out in some track rooms. No rushing just vibes.

Great video as always! I agree this year was much better and the crowds felt much smaller than last year. We entered the Hilton street level (side entrance) and it was only staffed about half the time with security. Keep up the great content --all of your tips are fantastic.

That Bull Gogi place has been there for a couple of years, pretty sure since at least 2019 is when I remember first going there.

Haha, it's new to me then! I think I hardly went into the food court in the last few years.

I got very lucky on my Sunday ticket. Single days were sold out but I still had the page open on my phone from the night before and was able to order it from there! I've already bought my 2024 ticket lol.

Had a great time but the food prices were very high. The process of getting badges was well done.

This year was an interesting year to say the least. Me and my wife got sick the first half of the con. My wife having to sit out all of Friday and miss out on a photo op we paid for. Needless to say we missed out on a lot this year. But we made the most of it. Got some good cosplay pics (even though my phone didn't save a lot of them), made it to Wrestling after missing a few years, and played my first game of Werewolf. We stayed in the Omni and used the bus to travel back and forth to the Con, walking once or twice just to see how far. The Bus could be hit or miss but it was on point most of the time, if you're patient. Recommend as an alternative to Uber if you can't get a hotel closer. Also I managed to fix a bad experience with Celebrity Guest Garrett Wang from all the way in 2011. Great to finally end that memory. When my wife was feeling better we were able to talk to one of the guests from our photo op and had a great conversation. Not the worst year we've had but it wasn't the Con's fault. I always try to lime and comment on your videos to support but I haven't been this year I know. I hope this makes up for it.

I'm sorry to hear that. We also had a rough year partly due to sickness during con last year, but hey, they can't all be down ones. Hope 24 is better for you.

I've been going since 2006, and I can say the advice to pick one or two events a day is the way to go. Let whim or chance decide the rest, and don't be afraid to go take a midday nap, which is a great way to last longer at night. You can have a great time even in line if you're just open to the experience and socialize with everyone around you. I do bemoan the fact that these days it's more difficult to get into some of the bigger events. You need to get there at least an hour early for a lot of them. There are a lot of underrated smaller events that are just as good, or even better, than the big ones. You just have to find what works for you.

Completely agree on the big events. I've basically given up on them because I'm not willing to lose an hour plus to wait to get in.
