I ended up purchasing 14 of these Mules in game for all my ships with a hold in them. Very cheap and useful little critters. My ship hangar will clearly need 4 of them right off the bat along with future cargo bed carriers. Sadly, my Caterpillars still lack lift gates as originally planned in the game and the tractor station is at a poor angle to see how cargo fits inside the holds. Good thing I plan on converting any Caterpillar into a flying factory or machine shop once factory modules are available for it.
Mule was useful already, for example to transport You and loot box to hostile bunkers, but in 3.24 will be even more useful. I hope one day we got other variant. Maybe with flatbed for 2 scu box, or Tractor variant.
@@cheetoishim If I remember correctly, as a junior security contractor in Hurston and Microtech, you started getting contracts in distribution centers.
I think with the advent of the larger scu boxes the value of the mule moving 1scu boxes is lost. It would be nice if the Mule were upgraded to have a tractor so I can move larger boxes around on the ground. I'm not aware of a ground vehicle with a tractor beam.
Definetly tractor variant is my personal dream, but the ability to quickly transport even such a small box inside the distribution center and take some loot with You is already something.
you say that but the argo tractor could be spawned parked outside the hanger LP and your cargo ship called and you clould angle your Argo between the Freight and ship cargo bay and just drag and drop
I understand why some people think so, that's why I show in my films, among others: how to have fun in the game without spending real money (not counting the basic package with access to the game).
No. With physicalized inventory and no local inventories at all, this little vehicle become very handy to everyone who like FPS contracts and looting stuff in distribution centers and bigger settlements.
