@HorizonCrosser 128 Playstation All Stars is awesome!! Bite me!! At least that game had character's with a ton of moveset originality!! At least that game had a ton of original ideas and unique concepts!!! At least that game had some love and care put into it unlike fighting games nowadays where everything is just about rushing out a product as quickly as possible for a quick dollar!!! And hey!! Where else can you see Ratchet And Clank beat the everliving piss out of Kratos with a rocket launcher? That game really needs to have a sequel!!

You know if Nintendo saw this game and looked at the characters like Bomberman and Simon Belmont, they'd probably put them in Smash 4 if they want. I mean come on it's somewhat obvious that they'd do it.

Smash Flash 2 (fan-made) has Bomberman, Megaman, Goku, Sora, a few JRPG characters and some weeaboo crap. It's very balanced, but it's still in the demo stage (V0.9 I think.) Definitely worth looking into. EDIT: If anyone does play the game, I suggest downloading it from the McLeod website rather than playing it in the browser. It's very slow otherwise. Also, I think there's an update in a few days.

The gun Megatron transforms into is a Walther P38 (but in some versions, it's a P38 with a shoulder stock and a frontstock). I didn't even have to look it up - I recognized what gun it was right away :P

The game is called Battle Stadium D.O.N. If you're referring to the GCN and PS2 game, but for the DS it's either Jump Ultimate Stars, or Jump Super Stars. :) I have all three.

It's exactly as you guys said. There are a lot of games like this in Japan, but they never make it to the US because of licensing. I guess it's easier in Japan or something? But to get it to the US, they would have to contact the copyright holders of each character, or something, and get licensing for every character, and I guess it's either too much work or too expensive.

They also have a similar concept of gameplay on Battle Stadium D.O.N. which was a crossover between Dragonball Z, Naruto and One Piece. Except your collecting orbs that help you power up and the most orbs you get the more powered up you become. For the DBZ characters it helps them go Super Saiyan. For Naruto and One Piece I'm not sure. I'm sure Arin would enjoy that game.

considering the buttons they mentioned (Y, X) and the graphical style i'd say that it's probably gamecube. As for in english, i refer to jon's statement "why would they think americans wouldn't want this?". No, Dream Mix World Fighters wasn't released in the US just like all the other awesome games that are japan exclusive.

Takara made the Battle Arena Toshinden games.... which I've reviewed almost all of on my channel, all I have left is the reboot on the Wii, the R-Zone game, and Puzzle Arena Toshinden. I've done the rest :)
