Again, so much negativity towards a highly educated and intelligent woman with an opinion! These hacks are actually very useful, but yes everyone is different, what works for some might not for the others. Try it, if they are beneficial, awesome! If it's not your cup of tea, move on to others, Just stop all the hate, it's disgusting already!
She is highly educated, but bringing so much information in a simple way, offering simple solutions to help reduce sugar absorbtion. Jesus Christ, bless you for your good work. Ave Maria, Australia 🇦🇺 Perth
What they are promoting is for people with self control and disciplined eating behaviors. The majority of people only believe what academia and government tells them. They think the food pyramid is healthy lol.
As part of a weight-loss program back in 2002, I had to do a number of blood tests. When my iron came in borderline low, I told the PA who was evaluating the results with me, "How can that be? I eat red meat almost every day?" She looked at me and asked, "Do you ever feel as if your meal sits in your stomach?" I said, "Yes! It sometimes feels like a brick in my stomach an hour later." She said, "It sounds as if you don't have enough stomach acid. Try taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar *with the mother* before you eat." I said I would do so. The brick-in-stomach after meals went away, and when I went back for a retest, my iron levels were slightly above the middle of the range. I also noticed that my acid reflux went away. It wasn't until I had been taking the vinegar about 10 years, around 2012, that I started seeing recommendations online, and I was so glad to see them!
You had a GREAT doctor... Yes I think many of the benefits that are attributed to vinegar come from the increase in stomach acid that helps get all the vitamins and minerals out of your food!
Have you heard of Eat Right for Your Type? According to what you are describing, and what I know from the information in Dr D'Adamo's book, I am supposing that your Blood Type is "A." Could you confirm if that is so, or not? (He explains that people with Blood Type A produce less hydrochloric acid than people with other blood types, and that itvis best for them to avoid red meats and get their iron from other sources). Please reply. 🙂
Vinegar worked for me, I'm 59 and it works for me, in addition to half the dose of medication, 30 minute walk to church and back and no plain sugar. Reduced carb consumption, herbal teas. Now, Included vinigar drink with meals.
I must say that I purchased the glucose goddess method book and glucose revolution by Jessie inchauspe absolutely outstanding information give Jessie a big thank you life changing from day one
Also while making video people should keep in mind that across the globe the video is watched and suggestions should be made according, who should take vinegar who should not , this will help many to decide
I'm a 45 year old male who had acid reflux issues from a bad diet and was told that I had fatty liver from following Jessie and Dr. eric berg with apple cider vinegar and reducing my sugar levels with higher protein diet ny issues have completely disappeared and have lost a stone in 8 weeks. Thanks, Jessie, for the great advice 👍
I had been eating blueberries then an omelet for breakfast and two hour’s later I was hungry. Today I had some celery then an omelet then blueberries, I didn’t feel hungry until six hours later. Adding veg and the order I ate made all the difference.
I go to a specialty shop called the unrefined olive oil and they have many different flavoured olive oils as well as many different flavoured vinegars. I routinely take apple cider vinegar every morning. I don't really have a sweet tooth and actually favour vinegars.
Thank you for sharing information on the benefits/ hacks of vinegar. May Jesus Christ bless you for helping himanity keep healthy. Ave Maria- Australia 🇦🇺 Perth
The British were slated for having vinegar on their food especially fish and chips , my chips swim in vinegar .Now everyone loves it . We always had a jar of vinegar in the pantry ... pickled onions etc..
History of Bitters Bitters have been used for centuries as a medicinal remedy to aid digestion and treat various ailments. In the early 19th century, bitters were marketed as a cure-all tonic and were often sold in pharmacies. The bitter compounds in bitters can stimulate the production of digestive enzymes and bile, improving digestion and reducing bloating and gas. Bitters can also help to settle an upset stomach and relieve nausea.
I remember the good ol day's when some of us would get plain white vinegar on our store bought fish'n'chips, along with pickled onions, especially after a day at the beach & we never got tired afterwards... Funny about that ! 😋

@@hemantd9349 As every one is born!!! one day sorry some day we have to move out !!! It all dependens on how we live by good attitude , eating Healthy or with junk and have diseases !!!!. This is a common food that our Ancestors used to have in morning's walk miles to work and had six packs without doing extra exercises!!!. Women had all home.made foods and pshycally challenges of grinding and washing in motors and bare hands. This also kept them fit and my grandmother lived for 95 year's. Now I am unable to do even the work of myself with all gadjets present and need a helper for house keeping etc., Taking medicines for thyroid and Nervous problems!!!!. This is the Present 2024.... Going for fertility centers and Gym's... spending for Hospital bills what we earned without enjoying NATURE. Jai Shri Ram 🙏
I love the science but I could watch this extraordinarily beautiful woman talk all day about any topic she might desire. Smart! Gorgeous! And FRENCH! WOW!!!!!
A few things: - It doesn't necessarily have to be APPLE vinegar, but ANYTHING acidic (liquid from pickles which is a blend of usual alcohol vinegar, water and juices from vegetables, of course in case it's not significantly SWEETENED, which is a perversion and "blasphemy" at least here in Balkan) - Fresh apple juice made from (rather) sour apple sorts is even more beneficial for one's health than apple vinegar (let alone the taste) - At least equally important (as souring of the meals) is physical activity, for it makes body cells receptive to sugar from the blood, so even if level of sugar in the blood is high, it would soon fall down, by moving to cells (and thus leaving blood), so - not much need of insulin (and not much pressure for it's production). That's why regular physical activity is even MORE important than souring of the meals. After a good training, body can (especially through muscle cells) absorb tremendous amount of sugar (whole plate of cakes, for instance, is no problem😸), while the physically passive lifestyle creates healt issues EVEN if one's very cautious about ph value of the meals.
@@VM-oi3dk You're (actually) right, my mistake 😔. Yes, it has to be "good old" vinegar (which of course is acidic), so/but not necessarily the one made of apples.
All you do, by mixing low carb high protein fatty food with the high carb, is bringing down the GI level of food which has been known as a fact way back in the early 2000s if not before by the University of Sydney, Australia. For eg you can mix your rice with lentils or veg to bring down the GI value of the food.
The rice and nut butter convo spiked my curiosity as regards resistant starch. It is said that rice, once cold, changes from simple starch into resistant starch and cannot then be absorbed by the gut. Alleviating the glucose spike and instead becoming food for our microbiome. If that’s the case and you were eating cold rice with or without your nut butter then surely it wouldn’t actually make a difference. 🤔
After I drink water/Vinegar, I take a teaspoon of baking soda and move it around my teeth then swish with water and spit it out to neutralize the acid in the vinegar.
Baking Soda is acidic and damages the tooth enamel. A much safer option is to rinse with (10-15ml) XYLITOL diluted in (250ml) water stored in a glass bottle. Xylitol is alkaline and also kills bad bacteries in the mouth causing cavities.
@@cwb4275 - I don't brush my teeth. I take a teaspoon of baking soda and move it around my teeth then swich with water and spit it out. This neutralizes the acid in the ACV.
I mix my apple cider vinegar with cranberry apple juice and it’s feels like I am drinking a cocktail. I started consuming it many years ago because I used to burp a lot but I am no longer have indigestion. I stop after a while and now I’ve started again because at menopause I want to keep my glucose at a good level and also to keep my blood pressure in normal range. Also because my cholesterol is a little high and I want to see it it helps.
It's all about the vinegar reducing sugar spikes. Would that work drinking apple and cranberry natural sugar drinks. The Fibre is taken out of juices. Fibre also stops the sugar and carb spikes if eaten before a meal. Says eat the desserts last because of the sugar/carbs, yet isn't that putting fruit juice in the vinegar doing the opposite. Would that work putting sugar fruit at the beginning with the vinegar. Hold your nose and drink.it quick can't then really taste it. It's not that awful a tbsp of vinegar in some water on its own before your meal. Fruit without the fibre is just as bad as pure sugar only if with the fibre it stops the spike. Maybe eat some fibre first?
Then your having sugar before your meal..Isn't the point in drinking just a tbsp of vinegar to stop the sugar spikes before a meal. Says eat the dessert sugar part last. The Fibre, then protein then carbs.
Dr. Chatterbot and sugodess! You make this sound like magic but in Asia we've been doing this for centuries. I understand that the west is only now coming into the light!
Let's not forget genes come in hand ppl..if you have skinny genes like her it works ,no matter what you eat you don't gain weight and doesn't impact your glucose that much but some ppl with more fat cells genes well you can do the Apple cider vinegar but if you eat anything you still gain more and have insulin resistance
I have belly fat @ 67 years old. I am going to start the vinegar hack daily @ breakfast. Then eat carrots before I eat my gluten-free cream of Wheat. Any objections?
We eat so many things with vinegar, wine is acidic, saukraut, pickles European or Asian are eaten with each meal for some communities, oil vinegar dressings, vinegar with chips, would they ok rather than apple cider vinegar?
I hate drinking water, unless it’s in wine or beer. ACV in water has been a game changer for me. I drink pints of it and love the flavour. Ok, so I’m weird.
how lenient you are about your diet and the sugar hacks etc. is really dependent on your state of health, someone who is truly diabetic has to stick by the rules and do everything they can to lower their blood sugar...by then its no longer a choice. I'm sure Jessie is not diabetic, so she CAN have chocolate ice cream for breakfast.
Please tell me what to do for indigestion...whether I eat or not I'm suffering from indigestion...tried vinegar and lemon juice .Now I am taking aloe vera ... still not getting better
So I'm wondering why vinegar has to be a separate thing. I'd love to put vinegar on my meals, in my soup. It tastes wonderful. Trying to drink it separately is usually uncomfortable. On a trip to Mexico in the 70s, the people with me all came up with Montezuma's revenge. However, I never got it. I sat down and thought about what was different about my diet. This I had eaten in the same way as everyone else. The difference was that I love vinegar on my food and had requested it at every lunch and dinner. It saved me. I do not drink it separately.
We use vinegar everyday as a dipping sauce. We can't eat fish and meat without the vinegar dip, it consist of vinegar, crushed garlic and diced onions, sometimes we put chili peppers, and that's part of daily meal.
@@simongarner5340 and how many elder people can afford good diet and do exercise? If you have few money and joint pain, its not easy. Anb I am sure many people even don't know that they have have high blood sugar.
She appeals to us because she seems to be the epitome of female energy! She is nurturing, caring, soft, and gentle! But, the number one trait that makes men swoon after women like her, aside from their beauty, is GRACE! Grace is a totally feminine trait that is lost on most women! But, it's the one trait that can make up for a woman's lack of beauty! Despite her intelligence, this lady is adorned with beauty and grace! Even the dude in the video can't hide his adoration of her! She's all over my damn feed now and I have to turn her off because I hate wanting what I can't have! LMFAO 🤣
