3:53 There’s only one type of coffee more Greek than frappe. Turkish coffee, I know it sounds crazy but practically every Greek drinks it, including my Yiayia who lived in Crete for twenty years and came to the US in hope of a better life because in Crete she was so poor she didn’t have her first pair of shoes until 16 years old, and she ate weeds (still still picks weeds out of our garden and cooks them). In fact, you literally make frappe with Turkish coffee.

4:05 : Being Indian and from the Southern Part, nothing beats the south Indian Filter Coffee for me. It is a bit sweet but strong. But the proportions to sugar and coffee can be customised. Milk coffee. Definitely need to try
