You’re a better man than me, jaws would have been rocked and had my money back long before now. You need to do a video before they have that back to show how good that invisible ply lining is.

Jeeeez......the amount of grief you've had and still not sorted out. I know what you mean tho with benefit of the doubt but they have taken the piss from day 1, still would be a full on return for me. They have clearly not got you near the top of their to do list
