21 visits x £50 =£1050
devide this buy 12 months equals £87.50 per month for
one visit in January
one visit in February
two visits per month between March and October
one visit in November depending on weather
and one visit in December
this garden is basic strim trim the grass and maintain boarders
you get to add on things like lawn treatments
hedge cutting

The customer that thinks a mow every 3 months is a regular charge. I’ve sent a few of them up the road….the bloody cheek. Good to see you back.

Hi Mike nice to see you on a video was going to message you to see what you were doing. Have you been keeping busye over the last couple of months then. Be nice to see some videos. You are the second gardener that is dropping some customers and picking new up I can see where you are coming from. That’s probably a better way of payment to you can get to your next job.👍

Good luck upholding your contract when a visit is missed. We just charge per visit and ditch people who mess us around. We invoice for all work done at the end of the month. I had a woman finish her mowing in September la at year when quote says October. She messages saying she wanted first cut April. So I bumped price up a lot and told her double cost for first cut. She went elsewhere.

If a visit is missed through my fault I would of corse refund what I owe .if its down to them and they don't pay I will just sack em off .

Good to see you again Mike, have you kept the smoking weibang? Mine did the same from new but changed the oil and what came out was thick sludgy stuff, replaced with some good stuff and smoke free so far 🤞
