ya your right i waite untill the other light is green too your right because the on comeing traffic would come at speed

I dont understand how the car is "incorrect" in waiting for the inside green filter light when waiting to turn right! Is the full green light not for traffic going ahead? By waiting for the filter green light arent you allowing right of way for on coming traffic?

i hate driveing where there is alot of traffic i see people doing thick things not stopping at lights driveing too fast in a 50 km zone they never learn like its 2013 how many other people will be killed on the roads at the end of the year
