For all of Phil's suffering, the tremendous amount of self-loathing, the desire to be good at fighting games like he used to be... for Phil, it was the worst descent into madness. For his controller, it was a Tuesday.
He never was good.. or officially winning. He maxed out 12 plus credit cards to record tournaments that has no actual prize 😂 thats called "manchild ebegging failure..."
He doesn't get mad when he gets beat by Cammy cause he's upset he lost. He gets upset cause he has to look at that delicious Cammy-cake. 🎂HE'S MARRIED DOOD!😡
@@Nathan_Coley Yep, I think that's why he hates them now! He feels betrayed by Panda Lee. Instead he got a land whale for a wife. That must make him a little resentful, and bitter! 😁
Evil DSP: Damn guys I didn't press the buttons in time, it seems my opponent might be better than me this time! I'm having a great time with these challenging matches though! 😎
Because he thinks hes a high level player with heaps of talent and skill that should go straight to the top with a day one character that he hasnt even labbed a day with, he thinks hes pro level😂
@@BindingOfMe Problem is DSP doesn't want to block. Ever. He always feels it's his turn and he can't resist mashing when she's still in his face and plus. Cammy's pressure means that's a bad idea, and DSP just can't learn this. It's a literal skill issue, because he's as he says, a mouth drooling button pusher.
It's not even that, Phil complains that his opponent are using scrub tactics, but they're the same tactics that Phil frequently uses himself. Phil constantly uses grabs with Gief because he sucks and yet it's suddenly not ok when someone else does it.
Phil is the gateceeper of videogames. Per example: If you use spirit summons you play the game wrong but if he uses a cheese build it is fine. What a hypocrit.
Anytime player that does a move he doesn't like is a scrub. He thinks he's good at Street Fighter when in reality he's below average to average and that gets exposed every time he plays Street Fighter 6
One of these days he’s going to go on a huge losing streak, and he’s going to work himself up into crying on stream over Cammy kicking his ass. He’s gonna do that little “pattern pattern” tantrum, do a stupid voice, and then he’s just gonna get swept up in it and start angry crying
4:14 This. This right here is the most crystal clear example that he actually doesn't know how to fucking play fighting games. Knee Press is -5 on block. Gief's level 3 has 7 frames of startup. IF Phil had held up immediately after doing the knee press, he would have jumped and escaped the super. HOWEVER. He was holding down back to block, as it was not his turn anymore. Those two extra frames he had to spend crouching, then standing back up to try and jump out of the super, is exactly the two frames Gief needed, to get that super to land. Phil sealed his fate once again by being a dumbass. I tested the exact situation myself.
Phil conveniently has fun playing Norms against randos but suddenly starts dropping inputs the moment he's playing the competitive game mode WHAT A COINCIDENCE
Did he not have an amazing moment when he said that, due to the way rollback netcode works, 23ms is actually more laggy than like 60ms. Im sure his excuse was something wild like because the connection is faster it has to rollback more often. Im probably getting that wrong but what he said was as equally mental.
The brilliance of Phil is that it LOOKS like he's upset about streetfighter. But what he's actually upset about is $1500+ in wwe champion pulls, and he still didn't get the ultra brother hogan.
Phil: "Ranking points are useless, it's a useless number, there are no stakes in ranked play" Also Phil: "I don't want to lose points, I'm not going to rematch people that destroy me"
Fun fact: Did you know that people who lie a lot also tend to believe that parents should always brush their kid’s hair with an even part or they will mess up their hairline for life
Once upon a time he put his face cam over the spot on screen where it'd come up saying "counter" and "punish" in the hopes that people wouldn't realise what was going on.
His Cammy hatred is absoulteyl hilarious, he's hated the character for forever and literally never tried to learn how to beat the character. He is such a scrub.
$1,036 in tips this week. That's what he's recorded. Who knows the actual total as he rounds down a lot and probably hides tips. But that's still not enough
It's nice to see that he's finally giving up the "the netcode is actually good, it was the input delay all along" excuse. Reverting back to the classic excuses.
12:43 - "This guy LOVES to throw out f***ing moves." WOW d00ds, the game is literally unplayable and broken because his opponents are wrongly permitted to attack him too. Bugged fighting game mechanics DOOD, Capcom lost their way SNORT His gouted gin-sponge brain is so broken.
I've seen Phil perfect someone who was either terrible or had a really bad connection, Phil ended the fight and started congratulating himself and saying "that was a good match, that was really good." He doesn't want a fair fight, he just wants to win. Same with streaming, he doesn't want to play games or put in effort, he just wants to get paid.
Fortunately for DSP after the dents eventually got the hint over the eye comments, he got the money buff. Then MM fed him a long line of seals for him to club, he likes rematching the easy fights. It was pathetic watching him pretend he was facing any sort of challenge.
Holy fuck i was literally reading your comment as he said that shit, I'm so glad someone typed about it. Saying sf2's throws are reactable is just absurd and wrong lmao.
SF never had reactable throws as far as I know. That's why the whole SF community is laughing at the "LETS GO GAMBLING" meme on twitter, because you literally have to guess on defense. But Phil doesn't even think delay tech exists lol
@@coal_91 Correct. That's what happens when the game lets you crouch block 90% of what your opponent can do. Mids can't hit them like Tekken. So really, unless you jump at them, they have no reason to stand, so there goes your lows, really. There are overheads, but those are usually reactable. If throws were reactable, shimmies would never work and there would be literally nothing you can do to open your opponent up if they decide to just hold down-back, ultimately netting them the game, most of the time
Phil throws a fundraiser for himself to “pay state taxes.” Meets goal. Then complains and says “it isn’t enough! Now I need more money because I made more money so I now owe more taxes.”
>Amazing character comes out that has tons of great tools >Cammy enters the match or the opponent dares to challenge Phil by playing the game DSP: "And I took that personally..."
Constantly insults "scrubby online players" trying to be a Street Fighter elitist when he's never once ever played SF6 offline. Don't dare contradict him, sorry for the rage, give me money.
I love how Phil falls for empty jump into grab every time, no matter what character he uses. He also does lowjab>lowjab>lowjab DR into throw, and his opponents jump every time. He just doesn't learn, and he's been playing this for like 2 years now
Phil doesn't play games to "have fun", he plays them like a checklist, to "progress". He sees anything halting him from making that "progress" is "wasting his time".
THERE’S THE SALT! THE DELICIOUS SALT! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Keep up the good work Memology you, Tevin and Snort Burnell are my favorite DEE-trak-TORS. 5:42 PURE GENIUS 🗿…. ACK! ACK! ACK! ACK! ACK!
The nerve of him to play a character day one with no practice and think he will be able to steam roll people playing their mains since the game came out.
I love the Cammy salt. Gief has a very slight favor in the match but he's so incapable of adapting that Cammys are taking free wins off him. It's great.
This must be the only man on earth, who thinks when he loses at a game, it’s not his fault at all. Blames everything else under the sun, but himself. Lol. Holy crap
I thought the new streaming equipment stopped the dropped input thing, gotta love him being all smug winning matches in casuals earlier in the stream, no dropped inputs nothing, then losing his mind in ranked lol.
Zangief is one of those characters. If he actually paid attention to his fights he would know that fight that every time his opponent dodged his level 3 it was either due to distance or preemptive ump
You can tell he had really gaslit himself into believing he could hit Master with Bison in one day like other FGC streamers but knew today was the only chance while people were still figuring out the character.
