You are very correct Raz. I stated this about 2 summers ago. Whenever I first seen Jolley & McCoy pull 170-180mph I was like these guys are doing something special. Can't say about McCoy but I've actually been to Jolley's run spot on numerous occasions. It's absolutely amazing the speeds he pulls on a *regular two lane* road. You honestly actually have to see the distance and space he has to achieve what he accomplishes to understand it.... but as always "Good word & appreciation from the rc community" 👍🏽❤️
Raz, I commend you, you deserve way more than you are currently getting. You have what I consider now “old school mentality” which you do not see much of anymore. It use to be, no matter the hobby, people would come together, help each other out, teach the younger guys, swap parts, give parts, trade whatever needed to be done to keep the hobby alive. Now it seems it each man for himself, if I have it your gonna pay for it ect. Thanks for all the hard work you put in, your humility, your hard work and for being real! Keep up the good work, your doing a lot more than just speed runs. Keep being you and it will pay off! Congrats!
@@RazShifrin RAZ…VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.. NEED A WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PERFECT PASS SERVO AMAZON GIVES ME INFO TO A BOAT PARTS PLACE. THANKS BROTHER
Your builds are a work of art raz. They should be put into an art gallery. Your such an amazing content creator and i really hope you break the record soon. You deserve it
Raz , I love your understanding of the electronics and aerodynamics. I’ve been a vehicle electrician for forty years and have what I think is a very good understanding of electrics but you take it to a hole different level. I applaud what you do it’s fabulous. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Wow what a run!!! 204!!! Mind blown! Thank you for bringing us along Raz and I’m with the others when they say it’s rare and so nice to see you mention those other drivers, I can’t wait to start my journey but my vte2 is being stubborn lol
You just broke the Guinness world record for fastest rc car, because the fasted ever recorded was the bullet rc car going at 202 and you got 204. Congrats!
There is something magical about the way you put videos together. Congrats on the new milestone. I wonder if RC cars will ever break 300 mph? That would be some insane forces to overcome.
You are a champion Raz. To be giving credit is a sign of a gentleman. I wish you all the best in your runs. I will continue to watch and wait for the world record.
Congrats! Nice work in finding the sweet spot on the car setup. You continually meet the challenges and overcome. Keep crashing, changing and developing. Thanks for all you do for the RC world. You make it interesting.
Missed you last week Raz great video and one thing you do get credit for is getting me into the speed run world had it not been for your videos I would never known this was a thing. Your videos are great, they are always fun and informative while being entertaining so keep up the great job not only making great videos but keep going faster.the more I learn from you before I get started the more money I save in mistakes lol
We appreciate the transparency and knowledge you share on the regular raz. The collective of minds and inventions are still amazing to me. Congrats on the great runs
Congratulations on 204! You have some amazing builds. I always enjoy your videos and seeing the work you put in to get results. Very cool of you to share the credit with all the other people that helped you achieve it.
Find a local drone operator to try a fresh view of a few runs? Drone wont keep up @ 200mph, but the view would be much clearer in the long run. As it is now, car is invisible for most of the run. I'd love to see how fast the car pulls away from a fast drone.
I got into this just a month ago because of Raz. I'm very new to speed runs and have a lot to learn but this channel has helped me get a head start. Thank you Raz for the info you put out and getting new people, such as myself, into this hobby. Stock spool gear and 35 pinion I hit 92 mph which is the fast I've done with an RC car. The road to 130 MPH has begun. Amazing stuff Raz. Nice of you to give credit where credit is due. You are one of the guys that inspired me to become world’s fastest mini RC. Thank you for all you do .
Congratulations Buddy! Awesome vid! 👍👍sucks about the quad motor! You’ve definitely worked hard yourself to get to 204 100% epic achievement! 👍👍👌💪 Great Job Raz!
Way to keep it 💯 on the word of a friend!! Means more than you know to a lot of folks!!🤙🏻 B. T. W. I loved the instant fix!!!😁 thinking you need to start investing in the foam tire game!!👍🏻😜🤣 Amazing no marks on that body!! Thought for sure it was getting some road rash 🤘🏻excellent work on the PB my guy!! Some crazy speeds!!!🤜🏻🤛🏻❤️🔥
U are very good at this! Forget about the speedrunning, we know u have that all the way down. Your video making skills and the character you are, just excellent!
I just started watching your videos a few months ago, while building a limitless v2, I hit 81 mph today on 6s, so obviously nothing compared to what your doing (I have way less space)but just wanted to say I've really enjoyed your videos.
Hello Raz. Love all of your videos. I believe you need to use the underfloor air to stick it to the floor using ground effect. You flew because the underfloor stalled end the low pression above the car raised the front and it was "game over" I believe you can do 225Mph. XD Regards from Portugal
Fantastic quality and knowledge of everything you put into these speed runs Raz, your channel draws you in even if you don't do speed runs love it mate 👍🥃
Very very good video 👏👏 Congrats on passing the 200mph mark, a great achievement to which not a lot have managed yet Raz. Looking forward to future videos, good luck buddy 🤞
I remember all your speed runs in Florida few years ago, im in Florida too I know the struggle is real doing speed runs on all these County Roads with those big road reflectors and drainage ditches full of mosquitoes lol
Congrats on the 204mph and love the builds lots of time money and love go into those builds the content is always great 👍. That crash made me cringe 😬 hopefully everything is good.
@@OmniMan_Racing that’s awesome! I agree, not cheap but fun. Just ordered a mod 1 spool conversion, will try again this week! That’s amazing on 3 s power. Best I’ve got on 3s is 74!
Top work! and nice to see you honor previously made arrangements regarding builds. Are there other area's of the cars where you consider designing parts for? I can imagine that one of the next in line; the diffs may offer quite a bit of added performance when fully optimized. I mean not only basic setup like internal diff oil viscosity and shimming, but also; - balancing of complete rotating assembly - lowering total rotating mass - external gearing lubrication (input shaft and gear) - lowering gear contact area - Optimising gear teeth surface (First tought is polishing but it may actually be worse if the teeth are polished from performance pov. It is for example common to "flake" the surface of machine ways to improve lubricant distribution and lower moving resistance) Considering the speeds you reach this may actually be usefull to you, but I also think these things have to be tested on a bench with input and output torque sensors, temp sensors and not just taking it for a drive.
