I have never guessed that so many movements could be done with a pair of light dumbells. So much effort and innovation have been invested in such a set of workouts.It is simply great. The only problem is to remember the wide range of exercises.
You could just do aerobic standing knee raises. And twist the dumbbell in circles on the side. It's not Martha Stewart (C) showpiece beautiful but who cares.
