Absolutely great, whatever mistakes u showed are so dang common, i face so much of difficulty maintaining the posture in lat pull down, my shoulders keep moving up, but after ur tips, i am sure i will be able to maintain a good posture

Great video even for someone like myself who has been working out for a while. I don't see many people talking about shoulder retraction so it's nice to see you reinforcing that! Just wondering with the circuits you show on your Instagram are they your full workout or just part of your workout? Would love to see you take us through a full back day or upper body day for example! Thanks a lot and I'll be watching the rest :))

My sister asked me the same question. I told her to do diamond push ups, keep the elbows close to the body. If its too hard you can do the push ups on your knees. P.s. I wasn't here, good luck!

Hi Alexia I just began using the TRX I am very deconditioned I haven't done any strength training in about 15 years I admire your commitment & knowledge of training Your figure is absolutely perfect You are incredible!!!! Good advice Alexia. I noice dumbbell bars are to long with plate weights to twist while using them. Also lower back pain is there anything to strengthen this. Kind regards Anthony

To be honest with you I don't even know NOW if the equipment works, or is it a speciality of the user agent that turns it on with time variance. Or a combination of the former two, but I'd really like to find out after seeing the new equipment at Gold's in L Venice. And that latter is not even soothing to myself to be honest.

On the single arm I like the stretch and not being locked in. For guys to build muscle it's important to pump as much blood into the area you're working on in this case the upper back. I agree having your shoulders locked in is good form but more so on the double handed row be it helps prevent one side from dominating the pull. On single handed let it stretch out and the pull back. Great video you look amazing! 🤤

Great vid like other's said, but that's not what I do. I rip it reverse clothesline (Wrestline) and, then you'll see what I get. But ligament tears 100% unlike Bathman Andis Backfist tutorial.

Hey Alexia, your targeting of multiple muscle groups at once using the trx suspension trainer is not something I've seen a lot of personal trainers do.
