These are absolutely brutal. I remember seeing these on my plan and just knowing by the name alone that these would end up burying me and trust me they didn’t disappoint.
I bring up my shoulders by doing them as a warm up on every session, 2 or 3 sets of laterals burn. Not much blood needed so it won't fuck up your workout. Maybe will work for you as well.
Is it normal that i can do way more weight with these than anything else? Before going to the gym i used to do lateral raises with dumbbells alot,does that increase my strength that much?
