Dynamic Warm Up for Football/Soccer

This is one of my pre-training dynamic warm ups. After a 5-8 minute light jog, I will take the players through this warm up in preparation for the the next phase of the session whether it be conditioning or technical-tactical.
This video was recorded in the Estadio Olimpico Universitario BUAP, in Puebla Mexico where I am the 1st team strength & conditioning coach for Lobos BUAP of the Liga MX.

Absolutely perfect for 11-13 yrs. It is a good general warm up before doing more specific technical and tactical training. It is also a good way to get the players organized and ready to train.

what are you up to now Sean? you are with Lobos now? I think the last time you posted a video you were with cruz azul. BTW...what college degree did you get to find this kind of job/career? Thanks for sharing! edit: oh, another BTW, my tia lives like 5 minutes from ciudad universitaria. She lives in Tres Cruces I think it's what it's called.

What's happening! Thanks for the comment. Yes I was at Cruz Azul for about 14 years, then I was at Pumas for just over a year, and now I am with Lobos BUAP. I studied Sports Science at Arizona State University and received a Masters degree in Sport Science from the University of Kansas. Thanks for following the videos!
