EAD- How to apply for a work permit and advance parole

Now that we are married, I am applying for the adjustment of status (applying for a green card) and in addition, I am applying for a work permit with advance parole! In this video, I talk specifically about my experience applying for the employment authorization document (EAD) and advance parole, how I filed and what documents I included in my packet!
Here is the recap of what I included in my packet
- Form I-765
- Two Passport pictures signed on the back with Alien registration number
- Copy I-94
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of NOA2 approval
Note: I only paid the fee for the adjustment of status. I did not send another fee for the EAD.

Only the problem you can apply for Advance Parole if you meet the one of the 3 requirements. Which ios humanitarian, employment based or educational reason, otherwise you are not eligible for the Advance Parole. We know what is written on USCIS web site. People need real experience, not the book info....

thanks for sharing this video, nice paintings on the wall. we got our noa1 on 21 march, still checking the status of our file. I have a few questions 1- Have you got your work permit , if yes , how long did it take for you ? 2- Is it important to have a birth certificate from your home country, in any of the processes ? 3- When is the right time to apply for all these things like - work permit, advance parole, change of status ?

Sir I came into the country without a Visa .but I came through the camp on parole and that was Because I was pregnant .and now I have been here for more than 8 months. Please I need to apply for a work permit but I don't have i94 how do I go about it

Hello, I was reading the AOS process at the USCIS web Page, and where it lists all the steps of the process, mention to fill a I-130 Form called "Petition for Alien Relative" does this apply?

What do I do If ive been in the U.S for about 14 years, I studied up to sophomore year because of personal problems resulting in my departure of school. Im 19 and have no one in this country but my mother who never helped me work on my papers. All i have is a birth certificate and I never applied for anything and I came through a tourist visa. What do I do?

Hi there! I was on K1 visa, got to California on Jan 2018 and did the process up to adjustment of status on March 2018, but I did not apply for work permit and ap jointly with adjustment. Is it still possible to apply ead and ap now without payment? Going for review classes this September for a state license. Since the adjustment of status takes a while, i hope to get employment while waiting for interview.

Hi Zurita, It cost me $1225 dollars to file for my adjustment of status package. At no additional cost I filed my EAD and AP.

Hello, Actually I got the job from USA Lorenzo hotel. They give me a job letter then they sent me visa form. And they told me your visa it's comes next 72 hours but without Mediclaim is it possible to come in USA.
