Here's an absolutely fantastic recipe for avocado hummus. I've taken that timeless classic meze and kicked it up by adding not only a bit of heat to it BUT also delicious and nutritious avocados. My father, was Greek and I am true believer that some of the best foods I have experienced was when I met my relatives in Greece!!!! There was a wonderful eggplant salad that we had it was whites in color! Can you make that? I have always wanted the recipe!
