Made this for breakfast this morning. I started at 6.30 and used a mixer to do the work for me. All ready in 15 mins. I put it to rise in a covered wok with a small bowl of hot water underneath. Took only 45 mins to rise nearly 2.5 times. Was having delicious fluffy buns and coffee by 8.30. This recipe is a keeper.

Indeed and had to double the portion for the big family to eat and they loved iit! I did a variety of garlic for 4, peanut butter with coconut 4 and tuna cheese toppings for another 4! Yummy! Thanks Bincy!
